    This company is the management company for my ***. After water seeped through the wall onto my garage multiple times during rainstorms, the company sent someone to inspect the issue. He found the grade against the exterior wall was insufficient, causing rain water to splash up under the siding during rainstorms.The company never fixed the problem or made any response.As part of my *** covenant, landscaping and maintenance, as well as snow shoveling at a specific depth of snowfall are responsibility of the management company. Last summer, maintenance was neglected for so many months that bushes and tree branches grew over the front of my house completely obstructing my house number and blocking my driveway. I called and emailed the company multiple times over the period of time and received no response. Only after me calling and emailing a final time informing them that the state of overgrowth now constituted a violation of city code and I would be forced to report it to code enforcement if it were not corrected did they finally send maintenance crews to mow and trim branches/bushes.Finally, I just received a letter from a law firm claiming that my *************** are in arrears, have been turned over to collections and I now owe additional legal fees. I gave this company authorization to automatically withdraw monthly *** fees and fees have been paid this way since I purchased the townhouse six years ago.Unbeknownst to me until I received this letter, the *** ceased withdrawing the dues last August for unknown reasons and without notification.Since then I have received no communication, no Notice of Delinquency, and no good faith effort (or any communication at all) to communicate to me that there was a problem with my dues being paid, which is in violation of Colorado Statutes.I am sending a debt validation letter and consulting with an attorney regarding this matter.

    Unresponsive. I moved into my new condo mid-June. 5280 send me a packet in the mail asking for information. I had questions so sent an email to Trish as listed in the packet. After a week with no response, I sent a follow up. Still no response. I tried calling. Went directly to voice mail. Turns out that Trish's voice mail is full. I used their online contact form a week later - no response. A week after that, I called and left a message for Wendi in Accounting hoping that maybe she'd get back to me since my primary question was the assessment amount. Nope - no response. More emails and phone calls with no response. Basically tried weekly for a month to get answers and got nothing. No idea why they don't care. But obviously they think they have business locked up and it doesn't matter to them. They'll still collect their fees from the HOAs they manage. I will be recommending to my HOA that they dump this company and go with another even if the next company is more expensive. You get what you pay for.
