  Asset Recovery helped a dear friend of mine recover a large portion of her money from the foreclosure sale of her property. They negotiated with the bank to accept a smaller amount leaving surplus funds available. Yes, they took their percentage but she had nothing to lose by contracting with them. Mr. **** was helpful with the explanation and I would definitely reccomend them to others seeking help in a similiar situation.

  I received the letter saying that my ex-wife has unclaimed funds.I don't know how that can be.She's been dead 42 months and the house was solved over a month ago.

  If I could leave a half star, it would be more appropriate. My brother passed intestate in 2021 and his home sold i 2023. My sisters and I hired these guys to collect excess proceeds in Dec 2023 and the first guy handling the case was good, until he left the company. Since then, it's been a parade of different people, none who have the decency to return telephone calls or keep us updated as to the status of the claim. Even in intestate cases where tax returns have to be filed, the normal time to close these types of cases in ** is about 18 months after the sale of the home. It will be THREE YEARS in March and every few months there's another paper that needs to be submitted or notarized. Meanwhile, the gentleman handling the case is seldom available tells us he will call and does not. At this point, I am gathering the contract, contacting the probate court, the trustee and, if need be, an attorney. Supposedly, they only need one document from a family member. No one else's funds will be affected by his submission or failure to do so, at this point. I see no logical reason the rest of us cannot collect the amount due. One other thing, the amount they reported the house sold for was $50,000 less than county records show. I told them I am aware of this, but, the "will check into it". That was two years ago, as well.

  Very basic estate with 2 beneficiaries and 0 disputes/discrepancies. Its been well over 2 years and ****** ******* has consistently from day one told me to call back in two weeks, every two weeks for the first year, never giving any additional information about progress of the estate and was even very condescending and rude to the widow of the deceased. He told her good luck getting your money without me then abruptly ended the call. We have since given up and its been another year. My truck was impounded last week but is still in my deceased parents name and the only way I can get it back is if the administrator provides proof for the impound to show that I am the beneficiary. He says he cant help me. He is the only person with any authority over the estate and I have shown him nothing other than patience and respect and he has done nothing but dangled my inheritance over my head, pacify me with lies, and cost me my only vehicle. He has in no way explained the process, assisted me in any way, and he has single handedly destroyed my faith in this company completely with his arrogance and disregard to me and my only remaining family member. As far as I am concerned and will tell everyone I can, this company is ran by crooks, conns, and thieves. I did not actually choose this company to begin with. I was informed that it was in their hands. I dont understand why they would inform me of the funds when they could have just quietly robbed me and I would have never known.

  I had a great experience with Asset Recovery **** *** ***** went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything simple and stress-free. Im very thankful for his excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone who needs asset recovery assistance.

  Great company. They contacted me one day and told me about some cash I was owed by a HOA I used to be a member of. They were the best part of the experience fighting a HOA that has toxic leadership. Walked away with my money and a bunch of my old debts paid off thanks to them. If they call you talk to them youll be glad you did
