    On 7/18/2022 l drop a 80 inch ******** to get repaired. I new that the main board needed replacement and the owner of the tv service company agreed. He told me he just needed to find the part. I called him 3 months later to get an update but no response. I decided to look for the part myself and when l had it he said he didnt trust the place l find it and to give him some more time to look for it. I kept calling and l dont know why they dont answer the phone. Yesterday l called and l told me to call in 45 minutes and l didnt until he closed with nobody answering the phone. Today l called since 10 am to 4:30 when he finally answered and when l ask about my TV he laughed at me and said that he had taking it apart and destroyed it. He never call me to let me know he was going to do that and never even did a diagnosis on it but kept my $100.00 deposit eventhough he never did a diagnosis on my ******* dollars TV. He never gave me any updates and he just took it apart to sell some of the components and destroyed the rest at least that is what he said but he could have repaired it and sold it as a used TV getting the benefits. He was very rude, laughed at me and finally just hang up the phone when l asked him why he destroyed my TV without being informed so l could had pick it up. He has many complaints and bad reviews. I am asking for some kind of compensation. He wont answer the phone anymore.
