This place lies through their teeth to get residents to move in, they boast about amenitys they do not have or are not willing to fix. The gym door has been broken for almost a year!! The whole place is trashed there are rats and roaches everywhere. They refuse to except past due rent even BEFORE putting a notice on your door. And someone literally just jumped off of their 7th floor balcony because of the management here and the way they refuse to work with people. There is absolutely so much criminal activity happening in this dump and it needs to be investigated! This is coming from someone who investigates for a living , please take this complaint seriously the management here is so corrupt and is charging an INSANE amount of rent to live in this h*** hole.Initial Complaint

Since April of 2024, Townhouse 6728A residents have experienced residential and safety issues with *** at Lowry. Original residents included ******* ******, Audun ******, ******* (****) *****, and ******* ******, with **** (******) ***** being an interested applicant. On Sunday April 28th, all five met with the front office to renew the July 2023-July 2024 lease for a July 2024-July 2025 lease. A roommate amendment would remove ******* and Audun from the new lease and add ******. As of November, neither of the remaining residents (**** and *******) had received the new lease, nor had ****** been added to the lease despite paying his applicant fee and being approved. On November 20th, **** and ******* received their lease seven months late with a November 2024-November 2025 term. Several communication attempts were made with *** at Lowry; several managers made promises that the lease would be sent soon with the updated resident names under the same July-to-July term as the original lease. These terms have not been honored. As a result, $550 worth of surplus charges have been added to resident rent for renters non-compliance and month-to-month leasing, inaccurately reflecting the situation. Managers have confessed that residents conducted everything correctly and that staff has been responsible for any setbacks.*** at Lowrys criminal negligence with maintenance and towing has caused safety issues and emotional distress. Safety issues include maintenance not properly fixing locks leading to a home invasion, maintenance neglecting the flooding dishwasher leading to mold, and property management ignoring up to 9-car long lines of vehicles parking in fire lanes directly behind T6728A and neighboring townhouses. These maintenance requests were marked as complete but have not been completed. We seek the following resolutions: Shortened lease to end on July 20th 2025 at same $2693/mo rate; Waivement of surplus charges; Maintenance repairs; Monetary compensation.Initial Complaint

I rented from a property owned by *** (the lex at Lowry) and moved out on June 25th. I have attempted to reach the lex at Lowry multiple times over the last three months due to concerns about our lease not being closed out properly, and I believe that it's costing me money. I have not been able to get a call back besides one missed call from them a month ago. I attempted to call them back almost immediately and they once again didn't pick up and I haven't heard anything since. I called again today and was told to reach out to *** directly by the calling agency they have hired to screen all calls. I attempted to reach out to CIM and was told that they have no access the lex at Lowry's system and I will need to reach out to them directly. So I am needing someone who knows how to do their job properly to reach out to me and figure out what is going on with a lease that, again, has been ended since June 25th.Initial Complaint

My rent was raised over $500 in one year. I was told it was to keep up with market increases, although I have lived here 8 years & have had no renovations to substantiate this.A new neighbor moved in around 09/2023, whom is a leasing agent at the complex named ******** (sp?) There has been dog f**** covering her porch, fog barking for hours, fighting, pounding on walls.I just kept to myself to try to keep the peace. A domestic dispute with ********* boyfriend occured for hours on 10/22/2033. I asked her to please keep it down since I have an ill child on chemo. She charged at me, several of her friends holding her back. One friend got a bat with a spike on the end to threaten me as I tried to gather my groceries to go inside. The manger nor corporate will ever call me back. The tenant relations lady ***** took my report & asked me not to speak to her.On 12/7/23 she approached my ************ in a threatening manner screaming my name and accusing me of saying she had a ********** I continued to ask her to step away from ******** said no that she was recording **** filled a police report & was asked to file a restraining order, but the company wont provide her full name & DOB. The company has not called me or contacted ****************** safety remains at risk.Initial Complaint

I applied for this place on August 30th 2023. I was told I had to give them a check for $250 in order to hold the unit it seemed very promising so I did it. I received an email on September 1st 2023 stating that I was not approved for the place. I called them and they said I will be getting a refund but did not say when. I waited a couple weeks still haven't heard anything so I called and was not able to get through to anybody but the backup call center and let them know I needed a response back ASAP. After over a month I went in to the complex and spoke with them in person. They told me that they don't get messages from the backup call center. I updated my address they said that accounting deals with the checks and it takes 30 to 60 days I had them call the account team and give them my address they said I will be getting it and now it is November 20th 2023 and I have still not received my check. This is extremely unacceptable I am a single mom of two girls and really still need that check. I have seen other reviews about this particular situation and I don't see how they are able to get away with this if I need to get a lawyer involved I will.Customer Answer

On December 31, 2022 both of our vehicles were vandalized and and broken into. I call the leasing office and all they say is they will recommend their patrolling agency patrol more often. I also called the police and filed a report and they took pictures as well. On 12/31/22 the whole row of townhomes vehicles was also broken into. My next door neighbor said hes lived here for years and hes had his vehicles broken into multiple times that management will always do their best to avoid dealing with it. Case number for incident on 12/31/22 22-666700 from officer ****** badge number ***** in district 3. Phone number ************ Today, January 2, 2023 one of our cars was broken into again and our gate was left open as well. I call the leasing office and express concern since I have small children and all they can tell me is that In the lease it states they are not liable for theft or damage of vehicles while parked here. I would like to have a breach of contract with this company and money back for paying as much as I do on rent here and never having any resolution. From the rude customer service in leasing office to the rude maintenance never wanting to fix anythingInitial Complaint

Had a signed lease with the Lex. They failed to have the townhouse ready by the date agreed on the lease. We got the unit a week late with a lot of things wrong with from previous tenants. Its been over a month since we have been here and they have fail to fix the things they promised to fix. They used false advertising to get us in the unit. It looks nothing like what they made us think it would look. Theres fire damage on the fence, back door doesnt lock and its nearly impossible to open and close on top of a lot of aesthetic things.
