      On August 1, 2025, I was scheduled to fly Frontier Flight F1080 from *** to *** and experienced one of the most disorganized and frustrating gate change situations Ive ever encountered. I received multiple contradictory text alerts listing different gatesE40, E41, E44and was ultimately told the flight would depart from Gate E44, which does not exist at ******** ********************************************Over 20 passengers were misdirected to the wrong gate due to Frontiers failure to provide accurate, real-time information. There were no audible announcements, no proactive staff communication, and no effort made to correct the mistake. By the time we discovered the actual gate was E4 and made our way there, the flight had already departedleaving all of us stranded through absolutely no fault of our own.This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. Frontiers internal systems failed to communicate a basic gate change correctly, and no staff took accountability. I missed my flight solely because of Frontiers error, and Im requesting compensation or future travel credit for the time lost, the stress endured, and the failure to deliver the service I paid for.

      Frontier Airlines canceled our flight just seven hours before departure, leaving us with no viable rebooking options the same day. With extremely limited alternatives provided by Frontier, we were forced to book a last-minute flight with another airline at a significantly higher cost just to reach our destination.Since then, weve been trying to reach Frontier for a refund via phone, email, and text for over a week now with zero response or acknowledgment from their customer service team. There is no clear refund process, no way to speak to a real person, and no follow-up on our ******* make matters worse, we were recently charged an unauthorized $50 fee with no explanation, invoice, or notice. This feels predatory and ************ this point, we feel completely dismissed and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer support is appalling. Were asking for a full refund for the canceled flight and a reversal of the $50 charge. We sincerely hope the BBB can help escalate this, because Frontier has made it impossible to resolve this directly.

      My name is **** *********, and I am writing regarding an incident that occurred on my Frontier Airlines flight (F9 1351) from ********************* (BUF) to Orlando International (MCO) on July 27, 2025, under reservation number BYT22S.Despite having paid for a carry-on, I was instructed while approaching the plane door by a Frontier employee to check my wheeled bag due to supposed lack of overhead space. I expressed my strong objection, as this was a brand-new ******* **** luggage set (receipt attached), and I would never voluntarily check it. I was told that if I did not check the bag, I would not be allowed to board.Once on the plane, I spoke with a flight attendant who noted there was, in fact, ample space in the overhead bins. I have attached photos of the empty bins as well as my undamaged bag before boarding.Upon arrival at baggage claim (A9), my bag was among the first 20 to arriveand it was damaged (photos attached). I immediately attempted to locate a Frontier staff member, but none were present. I then made multiple calls to **************** beginning at 12:37 AM. I did not receive a callback until 3:07 AM, only to be informed by MY agent number ******* that damage claims must be filed at the airportan hour away from my home.Given that I was wrongly forced to check my carry-on and now have a damaged $416.84 piece of luggage (receipt included), I am requesting full reimbursement. This is the only acceptable resolution. I will also be visiting the airport today to formally report the damage.

      My first and definitely last flight with Frontier.I paid the same price I would have paid flying with Alaska Airlines, but the experience was terrible on every level. From poor customer service to uncomfortable seating and surprise fees, everything felt like a downgrade. If Im paying a full fare, I expect at least the basics to be handled right Frontier failed across the board.

      Frontier airlines canceled a flight today Sunday to nyc and thinks its ok to leave people stranded until Tuesday. Shame on you frontier. You are the absolute worst and you dont give a **** about your customers. I pray you go out of business because you dont deserve to exist.

      Made a mistake on date of departure. Went back in to correct it, paid $118 and realized the date never changed. Went back to change it again and this time I was charged $49 only to realize that the date is still the same. Now I have 3 charges and 1 flight I don't even need. **************** said that it's my fault and they won't do anything about it. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? They have the nerve to offer me a credit for $118 . Why would I want to use this TERRIBLE Airline? What a waste of airport space.

      If I could give Frontier Airlines negative one million stars, I ******** family recently traveled from ******* to ******* with Frontier, and it waswithout exaggerationthe worst airline experience we have ever endured.On our return flight, Frontier canceled the flight more than 10 times between 7AM and the afternoon. Passengers were forced to stay on the plane for over five hours, with Frontier refusing to allow anyone to deplane without forfeiting their ticket and luggage. This was not just inconvenientit was *********** food. No water. No air circulation. No communication. And no compassion.The heat became unbearable. The crew repeatedly ignored pleas for assistance, and due to this gross negligence, an elderly passengerover 90 years oldsuffered a seizure from the heat and dehydration. It was horrifying to witness, and entirely avoidable.This isnt just poor service. Its a complete failure of basic human decency and safety. Frontier treated its passengers like cargo, not people. Holding passengers hostage on a plane for hours under threat of financial penalty is unacceptable. And refusing to provide water or food during that time is outright abusive.I strongly urge anyone considering Frontier: do not waste your money or risk your well-being.This is, without question, the worst airline in *******.

      Bought flights for my wife and I and Frontier purposely seats you separately to force you to buy seats. Corporate greed should never outweigh logic and common courtesy. Would never recommend Frontier to anyone

      My first time flying with Frontier was a nightmare and I was traveling with a 2-year-old.First, our flight from ******* to ********** was canceled last minute. We spent hours being shuffled from gate to gate before finally receiving hotel and food vouchers late at night.Then, on the return flight, Frontier lost my toddlers car seat. We waited at the airport until almost 2:00 AM and were forced to use an unsafe seat to get to a hotel. I had to buy a new car seat, pay for a hotel, and cover extra food and transport. I filed a proper claim with receipts and documentation.What did Frontier do? They just closed the case without reimbursing a cent. No explanation. No follow-up. Zero accountability.I even filed a complaint with the ********************************* (***). Still nothing from Frontier.Ive spent countless hours trying to get a resolution. If Frontier wont invest time in fixing their mistakes, Ill invest mine in making sure other families know how risky it is to fly Frontier especially with kids.Avoid this airline if you value safety, respect, and communication.
