Last night upon arriving to *****, I went to retrieve my luggage from baggage claim, but it wasn't there. I went to the frontier office and was informed "oh they left several bags in **************. Here complete this form and don't forget the ticket number".Stated with zero empathy. Then continued to talk to her coworker about something not work related. I bought food and placed it in my luggage, so I have money wasted and not an ounce of empathy was shared. My baby's skincare products were in my luggage that she needs at night and in the morning. Then I get a call today giving a time frame I need to be home, but they can't guarantee that time. So I offered my work address, but they still can't guarantee the time frame. So I have to wait another 10 hours before I receive my luggage or as the woman on the phone stated "or maybe you should pick it up because that sounds like that's best". Poor customer service and lack of empathy is frustrating when I expect to be spoken to like a human. If your stuff don't wasn't to talk to customers with respect, then maybe they shouldn't work in customer service.Review from Sean C

Cancelled my flight after we went through security. Rebooked for the next day. Delayed that flight by four hours, including boarding the plane, then deboarding everyone to get on a different plane. I honestly thought I was on a prank show.Review from Joseph L

Frontier is absolutely the biggest joke of an airline! Refused to check our bag when we were IN LINE to check our bag. Then forced us to reboot another flight. Said it would be $1050 charged us $1500. We realized the credit card charge was wrong and immediately asked them about it. We were told $1050. They admitted their mistake then told me they would extend me the "courtesy" to move us to another flight at 10pm which was $900 but refused to issue a refund for the difference?!?!?We finally board after shelling out an extra $1500 which should have never been spent in the first place, and then they delay the connecting flight 4 TIMES and change the gate in *** 2x TO DIFFERENT CONCOURSES.We will be opening up a claim with our credit card and disputing the charges. This airline should be shut down. The MOST RUDE employees with the worst customer service and the absolute WORST airline. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!Review from Natalie M

Worst experience ever. Self check bags but still had to wait in line to drop bags. Overweight limit charge was 100$!. More than fee for the bag itself. Ridiculous. Flight attendants were miserable. Lack of communication from crew. No welcome aboard, or thanks for flying with us. Never again.Review from Ashley H

Appreciate the staff on plane 2638 leaving from ** to *** on 4/18/24 the plane was suppose to leave at 11-11:59am and ended up being delayed which was kind of upsetting but after having a small experience on the plane with a guy constantly kicking and kneeing my chair they accommodated me with no problems and moved my seat couldnt be anymore thankful and appreciativeReview from Rae R

BUYER BEWARE! The flight passes Frontier offers are a complete scam. No flights are ever available. When they do have a flight available its usually a 24hr plus layover. DO NOT USE FRONTIER.Review from Martin R

Ive flown 3 times with frontier and Ive had a problem all three times. As I write this review, I am waiting in line to receive a hotel voucher because they cancelled our flight. Plus the only flight available is the next day and has a 15hr layover. They say that it is due to staff. I wish Frontier would be held accountable for their terrible service. I pledge to never fly with them again. I just hate the idea that countless travelers will suffer until something is done. Maybe frontier shouldnt be in business.Review from Diaspaed

I am writing to ask for your assistance in being compensated by Frontier for the harm they have caused to my family. They cancelled the flight without any justification, promised to provide a refund, and in the process caused financial, physical, and emotional harm to us. Unfortunately, the company does not offer any written of communication, and we do not think discussing this over the phone is beneficial, as we will not have proven of the discussions, which is the problem we face with the live conversations we had in the airport. Details: My wife bought five tickets for April 2nd, 2024, bound for ********* (F9 2634 - 7:09pm-9:05pm). My family and I needed to be in ************* for an 8am appointment on April 3rd. We checked in and arrived at the boarding area 90 minutes early. In the boarding area we were informed that the flight was canceled. We returned to the check-in sector and no explanation was provided as to the reasons for the cancellation of the flight and that the only alternative would be a flight on the evening of April 4th. We also were informed that it is not Frontier's policy to be allocated to flights from other airlines and that they could do nothing about our urgency. Even though I was weak and had a fever, I drove for 12 hours to arrive in ************* on April 3, worsening my health condition after arriving at my destination. I drove back to Gorgia on April 7 for 10 hours and I am still debilitated and unable to carry out my routine activities. After all this reported inconvenience, I received an email from Frontier airline, and despite the confirmation of the cancellation of the trip I still haven't received a refund of the amount paid (tickets, bags, flexible tickets). There are no communication channels available with human operators during business hours to clarify the reasons. Considering this, I would like to ask you to request that Frontier refunds us for the price of the air ticket and compensate our family for all the damage caused.
