Frontier Airlines changed our itinerary without notifying ourselves or our travel agent. The Frontier Agent claimed she could "see" that "someone";1) Logged into the online portal 2) Viewed the flight changes 3) Approved the flight changes personally Luckily for us, our booking travel agent is a family member, and they did NOT "log in" or "approve" any flight changes. A few facts:1) This was our first time flying Frontier 2) We did not know about, nor install the app. We didn't know it was required.3) We did not know about or use the online web portal until the day of the flight. We didn't know it was required.4) They had my and my travel agent's email address on file 5) They had our cell phone number on file 6) Zero emails were sent about the flight change 7) Zero texts were sent about the flight change 8) They charged us $744 for rebooking and refused to do anything else 9) They refused to acknowledge that THEY did not contact anyone, THEY made the change and punished us for not somehow magically knowing that THEY moved our flight.10) Important - BOTH flights still existed, this is not a "flight canceled" situation. They MOVED our seats from a 2pm flight to a 7am flight without telling anyone. BOTH flights happened that day.Attached is the only communication sent to ** and the travel agent. No further communications occured after this email.
