D&N tech was scheduled to flush a tankless water heater. He was two hours late (and was also two hours late on a previous occasion, when we cancelled). After the flush, there was very low water pressure to the kitchen sink, which is mere feet from the water heater. The tech claimed he "wasn't a faucet guy," took payment and left. We called the company to complain, and they simply told us to take the faucet apart and find the blockage. They wouldn't send anyone out. 90 minutes later, a neighbor called to tell us there was water spewing from the side of our house. My wife went down to the crawl space and turned off the valve. The tech had to turn off the water to the house to replace a valve, and when he turned it back on, he also turned on the water to the sprinkler system. The water came out of the brass bellhousing, travelled back through the hole in the foundation that the pipe come out of, and flooded the crawl space. We called the company to tell them, and they said that they would send someone out. We waited all afternoon and evening for someone to come; a tech called and said he wasn't coming because he couldn't find a pump. They sent someone (the same person who caused the problem) the next day, a Sunday, who said his boss told him that they could send someone out on Monday to address the issue. No one called or came on Monday. There has been no contact from the company since then, and I am now concerned that there may be mold or mildew issues in my crawl space due to their technician's mistake. Further, I am concerned that there may be water in my sprinkler system now.Business response

Hello,
I am currently working with the client to address their concerns. I was out of town when all this happened. I received a ****** review and started working on in when I was back in the office. The client has been a customer for a very long time and I will get this resolved for them as I do not wish to loose them as a client. As of now, we have had the sprinkler system blown out and I am working with them on the crawlspace concerns. As far as the techs actions and the communication with the office, I have spoken to all involved to insure this kind of situation does not happen again.
I also apologize for the delayed response, the emails from the BBB were going into the "Junk" email file. I was not aware I needed to respond until I received a phone call on 2/25/22.
