  Received a call yesterday on my personal cell phone asking for my spouse. The man only identified the business as ***, a research and development company. He said he got my number from a directory. He was letting me know that the following day a sales representative would be stopping by. I asked him several times the purpose of his call and how it would relate to our business. He kept repeating that their company was ******************************** I finally just hung up on him then blocked his number. Today, the representative showed up, identified himself, and described what services they offer and how it might help our business. I let him know about yesterday's telephone call that I received. He seemed visibly bothered. He kindly apologized for taking up my time and quietly left.

  *** and a handful of consultants have been working with us on and off for the last 8 months. We had to start and stop our engagement a couple of times because of larger projects we bid had pushed us to our limit staffing wise. To be thorough I will break out each engagement. Most were great while some were just OK which is why this is not a five-star review. 2/2025 ****** worked out of our office for three weeks and during that time she was able to accomplish a great deal with regards to our issues with AP/AR. Our bookkeeping has always been a mess and thankfully she was able to work with us and totally reorganize how we setup our QuickBooks files/companies. She was able to understand our challenges and help us set everything up in a way where we wouldnt be lost once, she left. We had to end the relationship because we needed all hands on deck for an upcoming bid process. 6/2025 This time we worked with two gentleman ****** and *******. Together, they were able audit our internal reporting structure and help us figure out why we have been unable to forecast our labor and materials overhead the last few years. This one issue alone has almost caused us to miss payroll multiple times because of cash flow issues. While they were not has rah rah as ****** they performed just as well even if it did ruffle some feathers. This was also by no means a cheap process but we believe it was a necessary investment and a worthwhile one just to handle our cash flow issues. While we did not implement all their recommendations, we did push forward on most of them. We had to make some tough decisions but in the end we have no regrets hiring them and ****** was especially worth the time and money we spent.

  Someone from this company contacted my husband out of the blue and they seemed promising on better ways with how to run our business. We felt like we were in a counseling section section the entire time. He said over and over they had to accept us as clients not the other way around but yet they were the ones to reach out to us and we would be the ones paying them $80,000. They kept promising they could turn $1 into $2 and that our company was doing awful and didn't know how to do anything right. We had a salesman come the first day to sale us on the idea and then the very next day we had an appointment with someone else, **** ********. We thought it would take about an hour...we had absolutely no information on time and then he came back the following day, which was a total of 12 hours. We had to push our appointment back an hour due to my husband trying to run a company and he said he about didn't come see us the next day because we weren't taking it serious, but we still proceeded. He then asked about us being committed and our decision on going with them or not and I asked if we could pray on it and take the night only because we didn't feel comfortable making a rash decision. He then asked for his check and said he didn't want to deal with us because we weren't taking it seriously. I hope this company gets fined or I hope someone who is considering this company reads this and RUNS! We lost so much time and lost $2,600.00.

  We wanted to take a moment and thank ****** for all his hard work over the last few weeks. We are a maintenance contractor servicing small local companies and a few **** throughout *******. Our business has experienced rapid growth ever since 2020 shutdown craziness and we never had the time to stop and worry about how we would scale out all the new business. This ended up catching up to us over the last couple of years and frankly has been a disaster. The decision to bring in outside help was one we went back and forth on for at least a year. We finally decided the initial investment was worth the risk and we brought in international development services and specifically ******. We very quickly saw the value in what ****** was able to bring to us in terms of expertise and the ability to manage our day-to-day chaos. He was able to quickly help us move on from some poor personnel choices we made during our rapid expansion. More specifically I found his introduction of the critical path method something that has become incredibly valuable personally to me and something that has made my work life much less stressful. It allowed me to figure out what the greatest obstacles were to me doing my job as a manager and what I could do to overcome them.

  We’ve been working with IDS for a few weeks now. Jonathan has been working diligently with our staff to help streamline our sales and CS processes. He also introduced us to an idea called “blood walling,” and other management techniques which helped us understand the costs of unwanted effects. They also suggested a management system that splits finance, sales, and operations, and it’s already proving to be super helpful. My team and I are really grateful for what they’ve done, and we think he’s very knowledgeable and professional. They went out of their way to help our business find ways to both cut costs and help us expand for the future. Now we have a bunch of tools to guide us forward and hopefully not make the same mistakes of the last few years.

  These people are complete scammers. I had this company come out years ago. They told me there was no cost to evaluate my business and see how much they could save me. The guy spent 2 days here, took a bunch of my time, and ultimately could save us ********** the end, he requested a fee, to which I responded that there was no fee, that any confusion would be on his part, and that he'd need to work it out with his office. No fee was paid.This company will not stop calling me. They have called me for several years to set up another appointment. I've repeatedly told them to stop calling me, I'm not interested. Despite my repeated attempts, they keep calling...so much so that twice now, I've gone ahead and scheduled an appointment....the guy shows up, waits around an hour or two, and then I tell him to go away and quit calling on me....couple months later, same thing again.I just got another call today, and I'm done. I'm sending them a certified demand letter and will be filing litigation if they contact me again. At $1500 per violation, my reward will stack up nicely if they call me again. Stay away from these scumbags. They are only out for your money.

  We hired International Development Services to help our growing business. Despite our experience, we sought expert guidance as we scaled. The engagement began with an intense pitch, including a $2,600 two-day session and $600 per hour for three consultants over two more days. Ultimately, we committed to a 400-hour program with a promised 2x ROI. In hindsight, this process felt rushed. My advice: ask detailed questions and take your time. Do not feel pressured into a decision without full clarity on costs and commitments.Initial results were promising, but by week three, issues surfaced. The consultant lacked QuickBooks expertise, leaving me to troubleshoot, and we paid for him to learn BuilderTrend alongside us at $600/hour. Simple tools like weekly plans and clear goals were repeatedly overlooked. Follow-up from the company was minimal. A "free" week felt unproductive, with the consultant disengaged and sidestepping requests. The hefty hourly rate made this lack of support even more frustrating.While we saw some operational improvements, the experience was overpriced and poorly managed. We were also pressured to give the consultant a perfect 5-star rating under the threat he would be fired for anything less. Unfortunately, this came back to bite us when honest feedback could have made a difference. The lack of oversight and real expertise turned what could have been a productive relationship into an expensive and disappointing experience.If youre considering this company, proceed cautiously. Negotiate rates, ask tough questions, and be clear about your expectations. Take your time, and do not let anyone rush your decision. Research alternatives to compare costs and ensure the services align with your goals. ****** consultant qualifications beforehand and request written plans to track progress effectively. Document every agreement in writing to avoid ***** promises and hold the company accountable.

  This company has been calling and harassing us for the past year. We have told them several times to stop calling and coming to our office. They won't give you any info on their business and say they are located in **, when they are really located in ******. They have one guy call and he uses the name of the person that is going to show up at your door. The guy on the phone is young, then old man shows up at your door. We have told **** ****** several times to leave us alone. He called to set an appointment, I said no don't come here we are not going to do business with you. Then he said we are coming to your office anyway' s and hung up. Then he shows up at our office the next day. They called my wife and did the same thing, then showed up today 10/25/24. They are pushy rude sales people and professional scammers, after reading other reviews this is obviously their business model.

  I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for everything IDS and more specifically **** and his team accomplished in their limited time onsite. His thoroughness and dedication allowed him to finish up with our staff and finish most of the work remotely. This was necessary because we are entering the busiest time of the year for us. We knew we could not put this off until after the new year so his dedication to hitting our deadlines was instrumental in the success of this project. We were able to implement new processes so we can shift from our usual reactive behavior to a more proactive strategic approach. Out of all the other things they accomplished this by far as the most valuable. We look forward to any future opportunities to work together and benefit from their expertise

  I met with the representative from *** and was informed that if I accepted their services, I would save in the amount of taxes I pay an amount exceeding the amount of their charges. I agreed to the proposal with the understanding that a representative would be out within two weeks to our office to start the review and educate us on how to structure our organization. Obviously the person never arrived and the $25k+ charges were billed to my ****************. In October, I filed a fraud complaint with **************** and the followed up with ***. *** told **** that the services had been performed and had the charges reinstated. I have since filed another complaint with **** because no one at *** will give me the courtesy of speaking with me. I was impressed with the other folks that I worked with from this organization and happily paid for those services. However the Organization and Tax strategy was never done. Please stay away from this group or only pay when the services are performed. ***** ********
