Somehow these scammers deleted and their old reviews or maybe deleted their ****** and BBB listings and created new ones. This company is a complete scam, 100%. A few years ago they contacted our business, making big claims about how they could improve our business management, without knowing anything about our business or how we operate. The sales guy showed up in a rented Audi and told us all about how successful he is and how his son sold his business for tens of millions of dollars. First red flag, rich and successful people don't go door to door trying to sell their services. I guess he though that we'd be dazzled by his faade of wealth and success. The sales guy used a lot of scare tactics and high pressure. He wanted us to immediately share with him a lot of confidential financial information. When we showed hesitance he turned up the pressure and told us "You guys aren't letting me do my job!" and that we were preventing him from being able to help us with our business. The next day he showed up early in the day when he knew that only one member of upper-management (me) would be in the office so he could try and isolate and pressure me. I told him to leave. There are many stories similar to mine. Some of them resulting in businesses getting scammed out of thousands of dollars.

Salesperson called, we told him we were not interested. He called back and told me they were disconnected, I said we weren't interested and proceeded to yell at me and then hang up. Never dealt with anything like it. Do not recommend.

After our initial meeting with IDS and more specifically ***** I finally felt like I was in a position to do something about the downward trajectory of our company. I often felt like we had no real direction and were running from project to project without any real idea on how we were doing financially. This was the first time I actually sat down to see how profitable each job was if it all. With ***** and his teams help I finally felt like I was in control and had a set path forward on how to fix our issues. He has helped me create greater awareness on which jobs where profitable and which ones we should have not bid on at all. This has freed me to focus more on profitably and not just keeping busy. This turned out to be one of the biggest game-changing moments as it allowed is to actually make payroll without having to lean on our line of credit. In the future we will be working in our reporting process and estimating team which should allow us to only spend our time and resources bidding ********************.

We had a Rep come out by the name of ********************************* and speak to us about their services. It sounded great and we were open to the idea. He mentioned it wouldn't cost anything to have someone come and speak to us, analyze our business. IF we feel we are satisfied and want to move forward it would be about $1300, but you *** not have to pay anything! Just need an hour of our time, and that is free... well we know nothing is free in this world. Anyways, a gentleman came out, he was very nice and he was full of information... but ended up staying for 4 hours. That is very hard to do when you run a small family business. Then we felt rushed to give our financials and taxes over. Then he came the next day and spent another few hours. He was helpful in explaining a lot, of course. At the end of everything he wanted us to sign a contract to have someone come out Monday to get everything rolling. It would cost us $20 grand! just to start... then He would have to come back later to re evaluate and do this **************** again.... This threw me and my husband off. It didn't feel right. Then we asked if there was a fee for his service and he said $1300. I instantly got frustrated because the rep told us there was NO OBLIGATION to an fee at first. We were completely snaked into giving a check for $1300. Then we decided not to move forward just this second and told the gentleman we wanted to think over it for the weekend. He instantly said that their company doesn't work that way. They would have to send someone else out and do the **************** again.... wow! just a bunch of money hungry sales rep that get personal with small business owners and lure them into signing a contract. He got mad when we didn't want to move forward. He was a different person when he walked out. Then we tried called the *** office and getting an answering service. You can't even talk to the rep that came out. The lady on answering service was extremely rude. SO glad we didn't move forward.

Do yourself a favor and never engage with the people. My experience so far has been very similar to the other negative reviews. Got a cold call, I informed them that that their person was likely wasting their time. Their rep showed up anyway. He was very persistent and I made the mistake of giving him a chance. He made lots of claims including a 3 to 1 return on investment. It all sounded very enticing and too good to be true. He convinced me to get their business analyst in to do his thing. The analyst was also a very smooth talker who convinced me to agree to working with them even though the 3 to 1 was now a 2 to 1. That was on a Thursday. Friday came and I was met with a lot of resistance from the rest of my team. Pointing me to these reviews on BBB I was able to finally see what was happening. I called the analyst that afternoon letting him know that my team wasn't on board. He smooth talked me some more but it still wasn't sitting well with me. I emailed him later saying that the deal was off and I was willing to revisit their services in 6 months. He tells me that I'm doing my legacy a disservice. Monday comes and 2 people from IDS arrive. First thing I say to them is that the deal was cancelled on Friday and I wanted to know why they were there. They said they were aware of the cancellation but wanted to discuss if further. They then began to badger me for a couple hours trying to get me back on board. Then they went into my shop to badger my manager. I thought I was going to have to get the police involved to remove them from the premises. I finally got them to leave only for them to return 2 hours later with an invoice of $2,326 for travel expenses. I refuted their claim. Now I'm getting threats from their legal department for even more money. Even though absolutely no work was done besides harassing me and my employees.

We approached them with a difficult business issue that needed a fresh set of eyes. They not only met our expectations but did this within our tight schedule and timeline. I just wanted to let them know we appreciated all their time and effort. The process itself can be time consuming but all the time we spent with them was worth the end results.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. $240K WE GAVE THEM, FOR NOTHING. THEY DIDNT DO WHAT WE WERE PROMISED. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
