    On 3-19-25 I closed out my storage unit B-22 at A-American Self-Storage. I had an overpayment of $116.40 (as shown on the attached ledger) at the time of closing. This is the result of a couple of overpayments during rate changes. The property manager (****** ******) signed a refund request (also attached) and I was told I would be mailed a refund within 30 days and to contact her if I didn't receive it. I emailed the facility on 4-15 asking about the status of the refund. I was told the manager would review and get back to me as soon as possible by ********. This did not happen. Prior experience with this facility was I'd get a reply back within the same day. The actual 30 day **** was on a Saturday, which is I why I checked in the Thursday prior. I reached out again on 4-22, this past Thursday, to follow-up, and have not received a single response or acknowledgement.

    Happy to take a check. Wouldn't be here if we'd done that 2 months ago. 

    My address is still *************************************** ********** CO 80504-5630. Same as it appeared on the refund request. I will be looking for the check daily and hopefully we don't need to engage the BBB again.
