    Let me first say that if you look for a services company on the web or in the ****** ***** in alphabetical order, you may end up making a grave mistake unless you check the **** reviews in that same order, as my wife and I did.
    I decided to call Paradigm Services since they specialized in ******** ***** high-efficiency water heaters of the type that had been in our home for years before failing. Michael B**** of Paradigm Services stopped by promptly the next morning following my late night Sunday call and within minutes Michael gave us a fair and honest estimate for the removal of the old and installation cost of a new replacement water heater. We gave him a verbal go-ahead and he immediately checked with a local supplier for a replacement and had them hold it for him. He delegated an assistant deliver it while he drained and removed the leaking failed one. High efficiency heaters like the one installed draw cold air in via 3” PVC from the side of the house and the vent hot air out through another near the same location. He and his assistant placed plastic over their shoes, over flooring and carpets to protect from damage. His work was well organized, thorough, neat and extremely professional. He talked with me as he worked and I learned a lot about the new tools and techniques that a Master Plumber uses these days. My wife and I would recommend Paradigm Services to anyone who may need home repair services. We are exceptionally pleased.
