    Maia Internet Consulting was the company that built my company's current website. I am in the process of retaining a new internet consulting company. The new company needs the following information regarding my website from Maia Internet Consulting to be able to migrate my website to their server. I am in need of their following: the log-in passwords to gain my site's Control Panel access, the log-in for ********** Administrative Access, and the full site backup including files and database (ZIP or tar.gz format). I cannot get Maia Internet Consulting to reply to my request to provide me with this informaiton.

    We are disappointed to see this complaint submitted by Mr. Lesper, especially given the long-standing professional relationship we maintained with him and The Annapolis Inn.

    Contrary to the claims made in the review, our company consistently fulfilled all obligations under our agreement with Mr. Lesper. We maintained and updated his website monthly, ensured it remained secure, and, during his time on our marketing plan, provided regular campaign management. In fact, I personally covered a portion of Mr. Lesper’s advertising spend at no charge to help support his business, something we do not offer to any other clients.

    Mr. Lesper has an outstanding balance of $597, with invoices dating back to December 2024. Despite multiple reminders, including emails from our accounting team, these invoices were never paid. Nonetheless, we continued to host and maintain his website without interruption or penalty.

    Regarding his complaint, Mr. Lesper requested account information late on a Friday, and our team responded the next available business day which was the following Monday. To suggest that we were withholding information is inaccurate and unsubstantiated. We supplied him with exactly what he asked for and he has subsequently moved his website off our server.

    Our company has always operated in good faith and with integrity. We made every effort to deliver excellent service, even in the face of nonpayment. We are disheartened by this complaint, which misrepresents the facts and undermines the professional efforts we extended well beyond what was contractually required.

    We respectfully request that this rebuttal be added to the complaint file for public reference.
