              We hired ******** ******** *******, for roof and siding via insurance. We also wanted Todd *****, our CSR would get a contractor to upgrade a front entry area/porch, some repairs. This was Darren ****** from Handyman Connection of Golden he came out. Darren gave a 3 week time frame. Estimate November 9, 2020. This project which was fairly straight forward, a small porch, that included basic parts; the roof extension, the cement pad, a wall extension, ****** gave a 3 week time frame. I had given Darren ****** photos, drawings, and wrote things down for him. Every stage of this project had issues, problems, mistakes, and setbacks/delays, photos will show this. I tried talking to ****** to no avail. His workers, temps mostly, unorganized and not knowing what to do. I highly question ******** skills. Through this they changed the design we agreed on, we paid 3711.62. The project took over 6 months. His mistakes cannot be fixed, we have to live with it. Invoice was inflated, incorrect.

              We had a contract with them. A handyman came to start the work, but then needed to get some supplies. When he found out that something needed would be back ordered, they sent a text stating that they were not coming back that day, even though the lacking part did not impact other work contracted. They handyman also left a mess. They then sent him back later to clean up the mess, but nothing else was done. When the part came in they couldn't schedule a date when we would be home before that handyman went on vacation. They sent someone else who completed some of the work, but then said they couldn't do anymore and would not return calls or text messages after that. They continued to state that someone would get back to us, but no one ever did. We're still waiting (2 months later) for that response.

              *****,we're extremely sorry this happened. After some digging, we've learned that the Project Manager for your project completely dropped the ball here, and since we were never made aware, that led to us dropping the ball, as well. We've let this member of the team go, as this is an unacceptable practice. We know how much the members of our community count on us to complete their home projects,and again, we apologize for this experience. We will be reaching out to you directly so that we can work toward a resolution. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
