      I used a logistic company that brokered this trucking company… the purpose for the move was my 87 year old parents moving to an Assisted living center 116 miles away. When booking the papers said delivery the same day of or next day. That is what we agreed to and planned. They totally gave me one quote which was reasonable… when they arrived they the moving company tells me they might not deliver for up to 20 days. So of course panic b/c the house is all packed up and there was no way I could delay…. So the guy tells me if you want to expedite this move today normally we charge $2,500 but for you $500….. Which I said that is total BS there was never a mention of 20 day hold. And now it’s late in the day I am Basically hostage to whatever they say. So I had to agree On the extra $500. From there, I reached out to the logistic company that should be the case…. From there a “customer service woman” called she didn’t like how I referred to now you have us held hostage because we need to get moving. So from there, I just threw up my hands and said it is what it is. I’m getting screwed so they proceeded to load the truck up. And by the time it was time for payment they wouldn’t take my credit card so I had to drive all the way to Walmart to get cashiers checks which just sounded shady in itself like why wouldn’t you take a credit card…Thinking about I could’ve gone on and disputed what happened and my credit card company could’ve worked with me to reverse the fee so that’s exactly Why they wouldn’t take a credit card. I could go on with more information about this story….but the biggest thing was they scammed a 87 year-old couple trying to move to their final destination and it just was completely wrong.
      I would never recommend this company to anyone. They completely scammed my 87 year old parents.

      I had the most amazing experience with my latest move out of state. ***** and his team were beyond great. They made everything so seamless, took such care of my possessions, and me, with amazing communication. Im so grateful for this experience! I would recommend ***** and his team to anyone who is moving. Im so happy with my move couldnt have done it without them. Thank you so much.

      ***** and his team did a FANTASTIC job in packing up my 2 BR apartment in ********* to move me back to the **********. Like a well-oiled machine, they were organized and very professional. Thanks again!!

      Moving can be such a stressful process. ***** and his team showed up promptly, addressed all of our questions and took the time to carefully handle specific items. We appreciate the communication and extra effort to make the move as seamless as possible.

      Best Crew ever!!!! ***** was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Could not have been a better experience!! Definitely would recommend this company..!!! 10 STARS..!!! All the guys worked so fast it only took 2.5 hours start to finish..!!! Amazing..!!??

      Total scam artists. They lied, increased their charges three times, damaged and broke numerous items, evidently repacked and damaged many boxes, lost (or stole) many of our goods, delivered goods that were not ours, disappeared for at least five days, and unloaded 5 days after contracted for delivery date.

      Hi Mr. *** ****** Can you please explain your point view of the move clearly so we can understand exactly why are your upset with our company so we can take the appropriated actions to make sure we can fix what we did wrong.  According to our note your job was picked up in October 31, 2024. and you was not ready for delivery till 11/05/2024. at the moment of pick up we explain to you that the estimate you had was from a broker company it was not directly from us, we were the 3er party company who preform the job. We can understand if your are upset because somebody else promise you things that were not true, when we arrive at your house we explain to you that delivery time frame from a job going from ** to OR is approximately 1 to 2 week  on a regular time frame. according to ours note you told the ******* that somebody else from the broker company promise you delivery on 11/5. However there was nothing on the broker contract. Therefore We informed you exactly how the delivery process work. You Can't blame a company for others people mistake, we don't have any type of information about what other companies promise you, but we did go over everything that we offer before the pick up was performed. However your job was a top priority for us, we try to delivery this job as early we could. unfortunately there was a winter storm that took affect in the states of **,**,**,ID does day, you received delivery between 11/11 to 11/12. (which is only few days from your first available delivery day) We spoke numerus of time with Ms. ****** and explain her about the delivery status, to the point that we as a company took the risk to send a truck to OR with the winter storm in effect some road where closed and we used alternatives routes. According to our note when the driver arrives to OR you guys was not ready for delivery, because there was RV in your driveway and then you guys ask to performed the delivery another day, unfortunately we couldn't help with this requested because the driver was on schedule. We do have in our note that your were upset for this, but please keep in mind that you guys were the ones pushing for this delivery to happened asap. At the moment of the delivery not damages was reported to us from the driver or yourself. Please keep in mind you have a insurance form where you can filled a claim for damages, We also can help you whit this process, We haven't received any call from you guys since the delivery happed, please give us a call at your convince time, so we can go over on what exactly was damages and we can work with the insurance on the compensation that you deserved. Is hard for us to help our customer if we don't know what is going on please keep in mind you can call us any time during business Hrs. We appreciated your feedback about us, we also apologizes for any misunderstanding.

      We have moved 18 times in the last 35 years and Logistic Union Inc is by far the best moving company we have ever used! ***** and his team were wonderful, professional, and willing to do whatever it took to make the move easier for us! We will definitely only use Logistic Union Inc for any of our future moves!

      This company is horrible. When they arrived at my house, they told me I had too many items and the price was going up. I told them I had inventory done with the agent who quoted me the price for the list of items I had. The moving crew changed the price 3 more times while going through my inventory. I told them to cancel my pickup as the price was now almost double of what I was quoted roughly 3 months prior to the moving date. They then got on the phone with their supervisor and got the price close to what I at least could afford. It was still way above what they had quoted me. The moving crew added the cost of packing materials to the quote. I was never told about this! During the move, I saw the cops in my front yard because supposedly one of the workers was in my neighbors garage taking pictures which delayed the loading process. Upon delivery one of the workers was late by about 2 hours. The loading of the truck was the worst the driver said he had ever seen. Several items almost fell and one almost hit him in the head. They lost a piece of my couch. This piece is what connects the couch together. I havent properly used my couch. Its been over 2 months since the move arrived. After contacting their customer service, they said they attempted to find it but unfortunately didnt. I unfortunately picked the lower of the insurance options due to them changing the cost of the move multiple times so they offered me $177.00 for a couch that cost $1800. I disputed the claim and appealed the amount, however they doubled down and wont reimburse me for a piece they admitted to losing. I am a veteran who has moved multiple times with the military and I can tell you this is the absolute worst company. Do not hire them.
