      Airtech Mechanical was hired to service my 2 rooftop air and heating units June of 2018. They cannot provide me with a service contract so I don't have the specific date 1st service was 10/18/2018 2nd service was 5/22/2019 I never heard from Airtech in the fall of 2022 and assumed they had shut down their business since my messages to them were never returned. They decided to pick up service on 3/31/22 and sent me an invoice and on 5/2/22, I responded to the email saying that I no longer use them since it has been 3 years that I heard from them and have another HVAC company servicing my units and will not be paying this invoice. I received another invoice for service on 3/1/23, 2 weeks after my current HVAC company already serviced my units. I sent another email to ************************* in accounting who has been the contact person for the past 5 years explaining again that I am no longer using them and attached the email from 5/22/22 which explained this. I said that I will not be paying these invoices and she said she will be forwarding this to the President. She then asked for a copy of my cancelation of contract letter. I responded by saying it would be difficult since if I had it, it was from 3 years ago. 6/23/23, I went onto the roof and discovered what I will call vandalization to my unit and drain pipe. A door to my unit was removed and a PVC drain pipe was bent upward and cracked. This was either left by the Airtech's tech on 3/1/22, he never went on my roof for service, or he came back and decided to damage things since I'm not paying for their last 2 unauthorized visits.

      Due to an administrative error this company's prior service contract was flagged as active. ******* reached out to us to let us know of the error and we voided the invoice and made sure the contract was not still active in our system. More than 100 days later ******* reached out to us accusing us of purposely returning to his site to vandalize his unit and PVC drain line after months of unprecendented volatile weather and storms in ********. We did not return to his site and we did not and have never vandalize a company's unit. Our system was already corrected prior to this complaint and we will no longer contact this company or service their units. We will not pay for the repairs ******* has requested as we are not responsible for it.
