    I contracted with Metro Fence on behalf of my 90 year old mother. Her old privacy fence was in poor condition and on the verge of falling down. I did my due diligence in looking up reviews and getting multiple estimates. On 2/20/25 we ended up contracting with Metro and paying 1/2 the agreed upon price up front ($2512.50). They had utility locator come out prior to starting and on February 27, their crew started work. In one of their first post hole digs they cut into the phone cable serving moms house and took out her service including 911. We contacted *********** and Metro (***** ***) the company representative that bid the job and who we had been working with. Metro completed what they could before leaving an got about 1/2 the job done and leaving the rest unfinished. Since leaving I received no assistance from Metro Fence in trying to get the phone line fixed even though they had damaged it. I was left a nightmare trying to get a tech from *********** out who just did a temporary fix and told us that due to the age of the line they would no longer fix it. Since this time I have left Metro Fence no less than a dozen phone calls, emails and texts and have received no response. We want this company to honor its contractual commitments and finish the job and remedy what they broke or at least offer a permanent solution to my moms destroyed phone service. The crew did a good job on what they committed, and we understand that accidents happen. Metro did at least initially work well with us and we were happy with what they were doing. However, now they seem to have just disappeared, leaving work unfinished and not reaching out to us at all. This is leaving a very bad taste to say the least in what could have been a positive review.

    We have reached out to Mr. ****** and discussed with him that first and foremost, Metro Fence Company will be completing the job.  That has never been in question, the job began on February 27th and was substantially completed with the exception of a steel frame double swing gate which is where the phone line was unfortunately hit.  As of today, March 8th, Metro Fence Company has remobilized to set posts for the double swing gate and will return to Mr. ******** property on Monday, March 10th to complete.  Mr. ****** understood the plan and timing to complete the fence and had no issues with the plan to complete.  Regarding the phone line, Metro Fence Company is researching solutions to work with Mr. ****** to fix the phone line and will be in contact with Mr. ****** in the near future to resolve.  We appreciate Mr. ******** business and understanding as we bring this project to completion.

    I called Metro Fence twice probably about a year ago to repair the fence they installed. I wasn't planning on making an issue about it until the *** made mention of it. I would just like Metro Fence to fix it under warranty. Please & Thank you

    Metro Fence did not install your fence.  Our records indicate that we provided you with a quote, however, we did not receive a signed contract from you for Metro Fence to complete the project. 

    We have reached out to you via email to discuss, however we have not been able to get a response.  If you have different information, please contact the office and we will assist you.
