On January 28, 2025 we took our 2016 F-150 to the Club Car Wash at ****************************************. After we exited the car wash, we parked in the vacuum/dry area and immediately noticed numerous large spots on the leading edge of the hood that had missing paint. We filed a complaint/report that day (at the local Club Car Wash). When we contacted Club Car Wash (corporate) to get an update on the complaint, we were told by "********" (claims agent at Club) that she had reviewed the video footage of our vehicle going through the car wash and she specifically stated the paint was not missing when our vehicle entered the car wash. She went on to state that the missing paint was due to a pre-existing condition with the paint. This explanation is not correct. We have taken this same vehicle to numerous other/similar car washes in the area over the past several years with absolutely no paint chipping problems whatsoever - until we went to the (new) Club Car Wash.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint regarding unfair billing practices by Club Car Wash. I initially signed up for a three-month promotional plan for two of my vehicles. When the promotion was about to expire, I visited the car wash on February 13, 2025, to confirm the expiration date. The company informed me that my plan would expire on February 24, 2025 and that I could cancel at any time before then. However, on February 16, 2025, the company charged me $80 ($40 per vehicle) before the stated expiration date. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted the company to request both cancellation and a refund, as I had not used the service since February 14, 2025.Despite multiple email exchanges, the company refused to issue a refund, citing a supposed "no-refund policy." However, there was no mention of such a policy on their website or at the time of my initial purchase. When I pointed this out, they continued to insist that refunds were not allowed, without offering any resolution. This practice is misleading and unfair to consumers. Charging customers before a stated expiration datewithout providing clear refund policiesis deceptive. Additionally, the company is now offering the same unlimited service for $20 per vehicle, making the $80 charge even more unreasonable.I request the BBB's assistance in obtaining a full refund of the $80 and ensuring that the company implements clear, transparent billing and refund policies for all customers moving forward.Thank you for your time and support in resolving this matter.Sincerely,
