      This company sent a contractor to handicap the bathroom in my home. The contractor cut the floor support to install the drain for the shower compromising the structure of my home. I now have to pull permits after the fact and pay for a structural engineer stamp before work can even begin to fix my home.

      Hi ****, we have an appointment with you in just a few days to come and take a look at what you are claiming. We have offered numerous times to correct anything within our scope of work that was not installed properly, and stand by our warranty on both the installation and product. We have continued to be in frequent communication with you, and assure you that permits were pulled on your project last year- just take a look on the building department website, where that information is publicly available. It shows both building and plumbing permits were pulled, inspected and passed. We look forward to getting this cleared up at our visit next week, and as we have mentioned several times already, we will take care of any warranty issues that pertain to our project. See you soon!

      Loved the workmanship the finished product is amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone very happy ??A lot of red tape to deal with but **** and **** were wonderful to work with..The ramp is sturdy and well designed I cant thank Adaptive Mobility enough ??

      Excellent experience working with the lady from Adaptive Mobility on several occasions. From the initial consultation and options presented, to final delivery of the items and equipment, it was a seamless process and helped make a world of difference in my life. I have a handicap accessible shower, stairlift, and several grab bars and hand railings installed and use them all every day. Couldnt be happier with the decision to use them for my home accessibility adaptations.
