Would give a zero if I could. The MOST disrespectful and unprofessional place to EVER rent a uhaul from. The woman who works behind the desk (the only person who works behind the desk) refused to give me any kind of breakdown for our total of 1200$ in charges for having a 49$ uhaul truck, with 11$ insurance, for SEVEN days. They over charged us, the charges were never shown by the shop to uhaul themselves, they refuse to show what the charges are for because they are fraudulent. They charged me the exact amount uhaul charged. As in DOUBLE CHARGED. They felt they should get the exact same payment as the company they are contracted with I guess. Then when she finally gave me a partial receipt, she THREW it at me, which was all filmed. And on top of that once I got to my car in the parking lot I had to lock my car and I was on the phone with 911 while the lady's husband came and knocked on my windown and was yelling and cussing at me to "move my f-ing car" while blocking my car from moving, while I'm on the phone with dispatch. Cops took care of the rest from there but I would definitely rather have every nail ripped out individually than ever have to deal with them again. Thank God our bank knows fraud when it sees it! Would also like to add that they also thought it was acceptable to charge us for the full day, as in take the money from our account, and then call and threaten to report us for "grand theft auto" for still having a truck that we were still being charged for and still had when they knew whe had the truck? So yeah, GO ANYWHERE ELSE for a uhaul if you like stress-free moves ??
