            Brought my vehicle in for an alignment and was charged almost 200 dollars for an alignment. The shop told me that they couldnt break the tie rods free and charged me an extra 20 dollars for using a torch and penatrating spray. They said they wouldnt install tie rods that i bought from a parts store and so i installed them and was going to go to a different tire shop but the owner said they would finish the alignment for free. They finished the alignment super fast but refues to show me what the alignment was before and would only show me what the alignment was after. The employee that i talked to said that they was only able to get the alignment close which doesnt make sense to me and they should get the alignment perfect. Later i learned that the toe was off by 1/16th of an inch which caused the vehicle to drift to the right. I tried to find a different big o tire or sister store to go to to have it fixed but was too fat east by that time. I had a different employee give me an attitude and was rude. Take your business elsewhere. The owner seems to be rarely working at that store.

            3 hours agoNEW Do NOT have service done here!!! I've been back 4 tines now, and they still have not made it right. We took our vehicle in for a new tire and a full 22pt inspection. They failed to check the suspension, and I got on the highway after service when my entire vehicle started shaking. Took it back and there were 2 broken control arms, meaning they never checked the suspension. Paid ***** total. Get on the highway, shaking the whole vehicle again. They never balanced the tire. Then my van started leaking oil. They NEVER did any inspections that were guaranteed. The oil drain plug wasn't even tighted on. I had to put 3 quarts of oil in my van,, proving they never even checked fluids during inspection. I believe they NEVER inspected the vehicle at all. This place is irresponsible and unreliable. They offered nothing to make it right. Not even an apology. Do NOT take your vehicle here. They put my safety and the safety of my family in jeopardy by not preforming proper inspections and sending us out on the highway with broken control arms that could have caused a serious accident. They are negligent.
