Flexible financing options are available upon approval. Clients may choose between a one-time payment, a package of 4 sessions, & unlimited options.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy - At Mountain Edge Tattoo Removal, we value your time—and ours. To help us serve all clients efficiently, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a $50 fee, applied at our sole discretion. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
Refund Policy - All service and package sales at Colorado Tattoo Removal LLC DBA Mountain Edge Tattoo Removal ("Mountain Edge") are final and non-refundable.
However, in the event that our medical director determines you are no longer medically eligible for treatment due to a qualifying health condition, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If approved: The refund will be based on any unused sessions, calculated at the discounted per-session rate, A $100 administrative fee will be deducted, and The refund will be processed within 45 days to the original payment method when possible.
No other refunds will be granted outside of this exception or applicable state regulations.
