      Tan Your Hide has been one of the most difficult businesses Ive ever dealt with. I had an overdue payment, which I promptly called in and paid. When I attempted to cancel my membership due to a medical condition that prevents me from tanning, they refused to accommodate **** also tried to update my card on file and was told I had to physically visit a location to do so. Thats completely unreasonable. What if I were out of town or unable to come in?This level of inflexibility and lack of customer care is unacceptable. Their policies show a clear disregard for convenience, compassion, and basic common sense. I wont be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before signing up.

      ******* we reached out to you and explained that this was for your protection and ours. However you can simply email info@tanyourhide with the new acct information, based off what we sent to you in the fb response, and that will update your info. As far as any cancellation we are happy to switch your membership to any other service, as there are many to choose from.

      The tan your hide on new center point in **************** told me my contract was over in may yet they took another ***** from my account today. When I called them they said its not over until July. Even though I was told May. Then they gave me a email address and said it was corporate which it is not. I gave this sorry place the benefit of the doubt because they did this the first time I had a contract as well. Will never use them again and if you value your money you shouldnt either!!!

      *****, you signed a 10 MONTH contract. You started 9/7/2023, and 10 pmts to follow, just like the last couple contracts you've signed in the past. So your last payment is July. We apologize that someone told you ***, I'm not sure where that would have come from. If you know what day you were told that we can address that with the employee. 

      But You are signing 10 month memberships each time, so it hasn't changed that you will have 10 pmts each time. I'm sorry that you feel this is a " sorry place" to tan. We try very hard to keep our members happy, and give you the very best of equipment and bulbs that are always getting updated. We offer extremely clean salons, and try to staff the best that we can find to be there for you. We also offer free renewals for members and try to give specials deals each time you do renew.  I would hope that you would change your review as we didn't do anything wrong, except the employee will be talked to.

      Membership beware......Upon recently moving out of state due to marriage, I emailed to let Tan Your Hide know I moved and was not in area that had a Tan Your Hide and needed to cancel my membership. I was told that they were unable to cancel my membership unless I had PCS orders and to provide them if that was the case. It does say in the contract about cancelling if military PCS orders yet in one paragraph it states "If you have a renewable membership, the renewal will start automatically, unless cancelled in writing, prior to your expiration date. If you have a month to month membership, the payments will continue indefinitely, until cancelled by you in writing 30 days prior to the last eft. If you choose to cancel a month to month membership, this membership is no longer available and you will need to rejoin on a different membership when you return." According to a reply from a review on 8/19/2022 it was stated "we do cancellations in extenuating circumstances". So due to a moved out of state, where there are no places to use my membership, I am paying for services that I can not use. This also happened when COVID 19 sent us into lock down in 2020. They did not stop memberships. In other words I am paying someones paycheck, to keep the business open as well as pay for the businesss out of pocket expenses for the next **** months. This is completely unacceptable.

      ******** as we stated the contract does state that we only cancel for *** orders and you did sign that part as well. It also states we don't cancel for a move out of the state. Any time this happens we are more than willing to have you pay off the balance and send you tanning lotions , after tan,, red light lotions for that amount, that you can use in the future so you dont lose out on that amount.
