The secretaries here are worse than useless, they actively try to avoid doing their jobs by making YOU do their work for them.My husband had a surgery. They sent us a bill. We paid it.But Audubon's automated system continued to send us texts bugging us about this bill.I called up the secretary to ask them to stop the texts. She responded that she couldn't because they were automated. I told her to find out who sends the automated texts, contact them, and tell them to stop the texts. She responded that I was the one who needed to do that.I pointed out that I can't, because I don't have access to who is sending the texts, and as secretary, she has access to information I don't. Also, it is literally her job to manage communications between patients and her company, so why is she telling me to do technical support to solve her company's error?In response, she told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.At that point, I went from annoyed to angry. So I'm leaving this review.I don't recommend Audubon Medical Center. The doctors were nice, but the customer service was terrible.
