King Stucco conceded with the additional cost of the gutters and downspouts ($2,000) due to damage to property, and to us having to perform the cleanup work and sprinkler and plumbing repair. Contacted King Stucco numerous time to have him just schedule the appointment for the building inspector, King Stucco actually lied and said it was schedule. Verified with the building inspector department that appointment was never scheduled, and was informed only the contractor can schedule appointments with the building inspector. Did not complete job. .
