              Set an appointment in mid June to service my sprinkler system. A date was agreed upon for the morning of 7/1/22. **** and ****** would be the service techs. On July 1st, I received no response from the company and called them at 11:45am to confirm the appointment. The female clerk answering the phone said she didnt have a appointment for my address, and she could set a new appointment after July 4th. I was told that a new clerk started working a couple weeks prior and the appointment by her apparently didnt get made. I advised that I would find another sprinkler company and submit a review for the lack of professionalism, And the clerk started some attitude and then hung up the phone. Their mistake was a total waste of my time waiting for them to arrive.
