    In August, 2023, BBB investigated Unified Growth DBA Bam University’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints which the business has not responded to.
    The many complaints consist of money being taken from accounts after the consumer canceled the contract with Unified Growth/BAM university. One complaint stated, Unified Growth/BAM University signed a contract with an individual that requires a power of attorney to handle all financial matters. All complaints state, when the consumer tried to contact Unified Growth/BAM University, they were not able to speak with anyone. One complaint stated the consumer had never heard of the business, and money was being taken from their credit card.
