      Our roof was repaired in 2019 for hail damage. This past winter we developed a leak that damaged our ceiling in our living room. We had the leak 2 other times in the past years during snow storms but we never identified the source, this was much worse this time. A different roofer inspected it and determined that one of the vents was improperly installed resulting in the flashing not protecting the leak. I've tried to contact them 3 times and each time I've been told they would call me back each time and no response.

      Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that we were first notified of a leak at this property on March 15, 2021. Our team responded shortly thereafter and took care of the reported issue. We received no further communication regarding any additional problems until June 26, 2025, when Mr. **** ***** reached out to report a new leak.

      Mr. ***** mentioned in his complaint that they had leaks during the winter months, but unfortunately, we were not contacted at that time. We did not have any record or documentation of a service request between March 2021 and June 2025.

      At the time of his June 2025 call, our CRM system was temporarily down, which briefly impacted our ability to access customer records. However, as soon as the system was back online, we promptly reached out to Mr. ***** to schedule an appointment. We offered to send a technician out the following day, but Mr. ***** requested to delay the visit by five days so he could be present. We fully respected this request and scheduled the visit accordingly.

      We are committed to customer satisfaction and would be happy to work with Mr. ***** to ensure the issue is fully resolved and look forward to meeting with him on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
