I chose A&E Lath to do the stucco on my home two months ago. I was told they could color match no problem. Except they couldnt. My house was supposed to be a dark ***** and it turned out dark purple. I had to hire a painter to paint after they were done. I asked them three times while they were applying the stucco if the color would get darker as it dries because it was the wrong color and they assured me it would. They were just blowing me off or they flat out didnt understand English. I dont care that the workers dont speak English, but at least one worker absolutely should so questions can be properly addressed and answered. Then when they were done, the finishing details were awful. All three of my motion detector lights were reinstalled upside down and without all the wires being properly attached. I had to hire an electrician to come out and fix it. Then they drilled holes into the stucco on my home right in the center to put the cable tv cables back onto my house. Instead of reattaching that cable out of sight, they put it right in the middle of my house, which made it look awful. Xfinity had to send a tech out to fix that. I told them exactly where and how to reinstall my house numbers, but in no less than an hour they did it the exact opposite of what I had asked. When they went to fix it, they had to drill more holes in the stucco and they didnt bother using a level to make sure the numbers were straight. They were incredibly sloppy and left a lot of divots that had to be repaired. And they just threw stucco slop onto my backyard spigot. It used to be able to twist around and now it doesnt, nor does it work correctly. Theres also excess stucco all over my concrete patio. The owner, *********************, wont return my calls/texts/emails. He wont provide me my warranty, which was part of the contract. The address I listed is not their address.
