    Like many renters, we are not new to how things should be when going into a place. I walked into what was told to me was ready and it was quite the opposite. I had to clean everything. My bathrooms which are 4 were all disgusting and the soap scum that was on the three shower stalls was entirely upsetting and not to mention that my sink in the master bath looked liked someone washed their entire body in it and left a black ring around it. Don't get me started on the toilets holy s*** they were not ok either as well as there were no pull tabs in the faucets to turn it into a shower the showerhead in my bathroom looked like it was from the ****s and was horrid. The thought is who would think that this is acceptable and move-in ready.... No one, not even a hoarder. My kitchen cabinets were not clean I found noodles on top of my cabinets and the dishwasher was disgusting as well, it is missing the utensil carrier so I have to get one because they completely ignored that concern. The carpets after two days I could see the signs of old stains that are everywhere and now have to get them cleaned again. I have had no stove since moving in because the stove at the time of move-in was allowing one burner to my surprise when trying to use my oven at the same time that it would cut off and now the new stove did the same thing and I was unable to make thanksgiving dinner because of it. This is not a priority to fix so I am still waiting for some response. The electrical outlets in the kitchen were disgusting and the one for the stove is not even covered and looks like it needs to be replaced. This stove situation has blown me out of the water because there is no way that this problem is new and being an avid cooker for my family it is just mind bothering, it frustrated me enough to get on here and write this horrible experience. Now I know my concerns with other things were addressed and that is great but to offer someone to come clean while my entire home is swarmed with boxes and containers and things everywhere was not a great plan. I believe that the problems if addressed before moving in and knowing that it wasn't move-in ready the situation would have been better, They need a new cleaning crew they need a new person to walk through and make sure things are in place maybe someone meticulous in such things. This month has been so frustrating and I have wanted to run from here. I certainly believe that they should take in some advice and revamp the thoughts of how to run and manage and handle things. ******* in tenants so you can make a dollar is not worth horrible experiences from tenants. The sad idea that people will need a home no matter what so who cares about reviews is and should be a disgrace. I moved in ready and excited and the lady that showed me the place was pleasant. I like my place but the things that have happened make me scared for what is to come while renting here. I would say when doing a walk-through with this company just make sure you take your time. I felt rushed because the lady had other things to do and fit me in but I definitely didn't expect all of the things that I encountered when given the key. I do hope that they can get it together and be more creditable to their faults and improve where they lack. To my stove that hopefully I hope ill be able to use.

    *******,Good morning. We got your review and I wanted to follow up with you. Im a little shocked you went so far out of your way with online complaints after our conversation yesterday, but as always, we will do our best to address any issues, and fix what we can. I agree the home was not to your standards with regard to cleaning when you took possession. Everyone has different levels of clean, and with the amount we paid to have them home cleaned, I am shocked there were additional issues. Regardless, you were not happy. We tried to send the cleaners back out to warranty their work and get the home better for you, but you would not allow them. The homes we manage are not brand new, ****% of rentals are not new. There will be issues and upkeep needed, but there is a process. We do not own the homes, so we have to coordinate with the owners and their budget. We are good at maintaining and approving our rentals, but not everything is an immediate fix. Every issue you have brought to us has been handled promptly, to include the oven you mentioned. To clarify for the readers, you reported a problem with the oven on a Friday, one hour before business closed for the day. We hustled and were still able to get you an upgraded replacementthe same day. Even thought it passed the vendors inspection, I asked you to check all its functions over the weekend to confirm there were no issues, and to let us know how it was working before end of business on Monday, so if there were any issues, we could address them prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Our staff didnt hear a word from you until 10:41pm, the night before Thanksgiving. We are good, but telling us last minute, the night before a national holiday takes some control out of our hands. While the oven and stove apparently couldnt be used at the same time, both did work. It makes cooking tricky and a little annoying, but very doable in a pinch last minute. Not much we could have done that evening with minimal notice. Regardless, we have an electrician coordinating with you to get that taken care of.After our call yesterday I was under the impression we were on track to make things comfortable for you. You have my contact information, please use it when there are issues. I understand you are frustrated, but we have been open, clear and helpful from the very start and are honest with our dealings. Please let me know what we can do to remove the bad taste from your mouth, and revise these negative reviews you have posted. I truly believe my entire staff has jumped through hoops since you moved in, trying to make things right and you happy. Let us know what else we can do to get past this and move forward.
