    Unorganized from the start. They sent me on a rat race to put a $400 deposit on a money order or blank check down on an apartment that is listed on zillow but not their website, which was incidently raised around $100 thank originally advertised when my application was done processing. They tried to sell me a renovated motel room instead of the room I applied for which is in a brick building with a locked front door, cute little vegetable garden which given the area was quite surprising and cameras. Was lucky enough to get my $400 back but anyone with well enough instincts can tell when there are too many red flags.

    These people are awful and should be avoided at all costs! The owner is unprofessional, rude, and unscrupulous. Their properties are unsafe and infested with drug addicts. If you are a normal family, do not lease with Abuzz property management unless you want to be exposed to the worst scenarios that life has to offer. They most certainly will not tell you about all of the issues, nor will they fix them.
