    June 4, 2024 *******************************, the photographer, did a 20 minute session with our one-year-old son. June 9, 2024 ******** sent a link of the proofs to my wife. We were very disappointed in the quality and my wife contacted her to inquire about a reshoot or refund. ******** refused to respond to calls and voicemails and demanded all correspondence be via text. She then blocked our phone numbers and refuses to communicate or refund our money for a product never received.

    As stated to *********************** multiple times (who is not my client - ***************************** is the client and the individual who signed a contract with the business) -  his wife arrived to the session, chose a green background and green outfit, and chose a white background (the exact same as they had in their session 6 months ago and were perfectly happy with), now ***** does not like green and wants a refund. I do not ask a house painter to paint my house green and then complain that it is green, that is common sense. I tried to resolve the issue via text (or offered email) so we had a physical copy of all communication but both ***** and ******** refused. ******** did in fact leave both a voicemail and a voice text stating that she did in fact choose the green and she did state that ***** was her favourite colour. I think better communication is needed between husband and wife since she is clearly not communicating this with him.

    No refund will be issued. No reshoot will be provided. No further communication without lawyers will be offered due to ****** defamatory comments on social media and copyright infringement.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    She stole  $220 dollars from us. Yes, I will tell others about her business practices. Shes is a thief. My wife outright denies her comments about the photo shoot experience and has text grabs showing we were trying to get things right. This business owner is a thief and liar. She stole money and didnt provide an option to print images when we filed a complaint.
