  In October, 2022, BBB investigated BDJ Nonprofit Solutions Nonprofit Assistance Program’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a complaint, the consumer wanted to file a complaint against the business and it was discussed that this business was a non-profit, but the consumer stated the business owner told them they were not a non-profit. There are two Secretary of State’s on file for the business, one the type shows “individual” and the most recent one shows “non-profit”. On 10/6/2022, BBB confirmed by the El Paso County Assessor’s page that the address/location where BDJ Nonprofit Solutions Nonprofit Assistance Program claims to be located is a house.
  On 10/6/2022, BBB checked the website https://www.bdjnonprofitsolutions.com/.The website was created on 7/15/209 and is registered in San Francisco, CA.
  On 10/6/2022, BBB sent an email/letter to BDJ Nonprofit Solutions Nonprofit Assistance Program with the following questions:

  Physical location and mailing address (if different)
  Business Ownership
  Competency license
  Business license or registration number
  Preferred method of contact (mail, fax or e-mail)
  A brief description of the products or services your company offers
  Information on how and where your company advertises
  Copies of marketing materials you provide to your customers
  Financial documents proving that this is a non-profit business
  Any other information that could help BBB get to know your company better
  BBB did not receive a response.
  On 10/7/2022, BBB requested additional information. As of 10/18/2022, BBB has not received any response from BDJ Nonprofit Solutions Nonprofit Assistance Program.
