      We were members. The cost for 2 children was $204 a month. Our payments began in March. In May I decided the amount of money we were spending was not worth what we were receiving so I decided to cancel. On May 17th I signed the paperwork advising them we wanted to quit. I was told I would be charged June 3rd and also July 3rd because they require 60 DAYS NOTICE. Which, I knew, but is absolutely absurd. In good faith, I still paid June and July's payments. Even though my children have not been back. I was told my membership would end July 17th. I then explained if I was only able to bring them for 2 weeks in July, they needed to only charge me for 2 weeks. They said that was not how it worked but did agree we could continue attending until the 3rd of August. Today I went to check my bank account and it was overdraft over $100. I look and I was charged $204 for this AGAIN!! I immediately call the company and leave a voice-mail. Someone then starts texting me asking how they can help teying to get me to sign back up. I explain the issue. I was told they are new and would send this to *************. **** calls and says she is driving to fountain location to check paperwork and will have this fixed before the end of day. She calls me at 230 to say she can refund the money but will not cover my 7 NSF fees that I will incur do to all of my other charges coming out and will only cover their nsf fee. I explain I did not get a fee specifically from this charge because the 204 was in there. But the other charges for 20 something and 30 something and so on will get me a$35 fee for each one. That is 7 FEES!! She says she will write me a check but I can't get it today because class starts in an hour. When I tell her I will drive there, she says no and she will just refund which takes 3-5 days. I start yelling and tell her I am on my way and she tells me she is calling the police if I show up there for criminal trespass. They stole my money!!! And I want my last 3 months back.
