I purchased three pairs of glasses from Powers Eye Center on 7/27/21. The eye center used frames that I provided. I paid $776.94 for 3 pairs of lenses that were to be rolled and polished. When the lenses came in 3 weeks later, only one pair of lenses was rolled and polished. One of the pairs also would not fit into the frame that I had provided. So they were going to send the 2 pairs back for replacement. I told them to hold off on that because the prescription seemed off on all three pairs. I scheduled an appointment to see the optometrist about this. I was treated very rudely. I had to schedule a month out because I was going out of town. I had hoped to use my new glasses on my vacation. I kept the glasses with the faulty prescription but was unable to use them because I couldnt see with any of the pairs. I was able to confirm in that time period that the prescription was way off. I called to confirm my appointment the day before my appointment and was treated with such rudeness that I told ********* that I was going to get a second opinion on the prescription. My appointment with the second *** was today. *** ***** prescription from ******************* has the right eye stronger than the left. ********************************* (Powers Eye Center) prescription has the left eye stronger. So that explains why the right eye felt like it wasn't being corrected enough. The prescription seemed too weak in the right eye on all three prescriptions. I got 3 pairs of glasses because I use the weakest for reading, the mid range for around the house, computer and music, and the strongest pair for TV and driving.
