            The mothers ring I bought for my mom many years ago that represented a time I was doing very well, well enough to buy a 14k gold ring with 3 genuine stones (yellow topaz, alexandrite, and ***** my mom lost the alexandrite I couldn't afford to replace it with another genuine one so **** was going to use a lab created one, however when I picked it up from them I immediately noticed the yellow topaz had been replaced with a cheap citrine, they didn't even tell me I had to bring it to their attention for them to say anything and what they claimed happened was obviously a lie...."our lab guy was trying to replace the alexandrite when he accidentally broke the topaz so he replaced it with the citrine" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? And then they act all apologetic and ask me to drop it off again and they will make it right, so I did for some reason, pick it back up and it is replaced with even a cheaper looking one. My mom doesn't even wear it anymore she is afraid to lose the last genuine stone which is the ***** This has affected me so deeply I think about this all the time and just can't get past it. Can't believe a professional place would do something like this.

            Our wedding rings were in bad shape, worn down prongs, a diamond missing, bent band. I was referred to Lane Mitchell Jewelers in *************** by a girlfriend and am I ever glad she told me about them! I was amazed when I picked up the finished rings. They are absolutely restored to new and beautiful! I highly recommend Lane Mitchell Jewelers.
