The Client is responsible for paying IEC for all work and costs incurred up until the termination date. However if the project(s) and or service(s) has not commenced and no material(s) have been ordered and or delivered to the project location, The Client shall be entitled to a full refund of any deposit and or payment that has been made under the Contractual Agreement.
