On 22 Jul I contracted (Contract attached) with A&L Home Improvements for a new Front Security Door which was to include keying the Security Door Lock to my existing exterior door key, which I provided to A&L for this purpose. Upon installation of the new front security door by A&L on 22 Sep, I was provided with one key which worked the security door lock. Neither A&L nor I cross-checked this key to see if it worked my existing exterior door locks.On 23 Sep, I realized that the new security door key provided at install did not work my existing exterior door locks and that this key was not the key I left with A&L on 22 July. Beginning on 23 Sep, I began reaching out to A&L requesting that they finish the job by keying my new security door to my existing exterior door key. I've attached a Chronology of my attempts to have my exterior door locks keyed to match per the Contract. At this point, since the security door lock is not keyed to match my existing exterior doors, and since A&L has not been able to locate the key to my exterior doors which I provided, I would like A&L to have all of my exterior door locks re-keyed.
