      ************ Our family relationship began with ********, thirty five or forty years ago. My mom would always say" You dont need to call anyone else. Just call ******** and you don't have anything else to worry about. Now I own the house. As long as I do, They have my business. If their is any problems they resolve them until the customer is satisfied. Your business is more important to them then anything else.

      ******** Plumbing attempted to significantly over charge me ( more than twice as much) for the work needed on a hot water heater replacement that was covered under warranty. The service technician stated he would need to install an expansion tank. I told him one is not required and he stated this was company policy. I have confirmed an expansion tank is not required. He also stated there were issues with the previous licensed hot water tank installation and I have found this to be untrue. I would not recommend this company to anyone for hot water tank issues.

      I also made an appointment to get my air conditioner serviced, not only did they not show up, but when I called to ask about it the woman who answered had the nerve to ask me if I had mistakenly called someone else and thought it was them. Had to set up a new appointment. I had to wait around two weeks for the first one, now another week for this one.

      We called out Parkeys 3 months ago to give us an estimate they charge ** almost $100 for the estimate. They told us we would get the estimate 3 to 5 days. We have never received the estimate. I have contacted them for different times to let them know I never received the estimate. They always tell me they will find out what's going on and call me back and they have never done that. I am going to cancel my credit card since I never received the estimate and all I got was the runaround from them. I don't think any company should *********** you for an estimate I have gotten work from other companies and the estimates have always been free. They don't even give you the estimate when you pay for it I would never recommend this company they seem extremely dishonest!!!

      Made an appointment to have my furnace inspected about 60 days in advance on 19 Dec 2022 between 12 and 4. On the day of the inspection I called at noon to confirm appointment. At 4pm recalled to see if someone was still on the way. Office person asked to call me back. Got a call from both the technician and office personnel and yes they were coming. 6 pm still no one and finally the technician called and said that he could be at my home after 7pm since he only received the service request at 4pm. Wasted my day waiting on them. Parkeys installed my heater 2 years ago. Lost all confidence in this business.
