- Were all only human and make mistakes, with that said Better Choice Handyman Service will issue partial refund if and only if there is with out a doubt the "problem" is 1. BCH fault 2. BCH has been giving the proper opportunity to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Then and only then will a refund be issued on the labor portion only materials will only be replaced if its deemed to be BCH fault (needing replaced/damaged/lost)
