I made a purchase at this 7-Eleven location on January 05, 2023 at 07:51 AM Mountain Time on my card **************** for $10.46, a retail location which offers a Microwave and appeared to offer paper cups, napkins, straws, and plastic forks and with the store clerk inviting to use one of the cups to cook in. This sort of made sense to me and I agreed with her offer to cook it in the paper cup. Then she wouldn't let me leave the store without first paying her for the paper cup, which she insisted costs extra but didn't notify me. I offered to just refund my entire purchase because I did not have money for the paper cup, an undisclosed amount which she refused to tell me the price. She said no refunds because it is cooked already, and I had to leave the entire order and wasn't allowed to eat anything I paid for because of the paper cup cost that was only for cooking in and not to be taken away. At that point, when she tried taking my wallet from me to check that I really had no money left over for the cup, which turned out not to be microwavable anyway and her advised ruined the food to begin with and another reason I was refund entitled, it ended up on the floor and as I reached for my phone to call the police, the store clerk grabbed my water bottled which was from when she said I had to pay for the water to cook the macoroni and cheese with but it only took like 15% of the water, and threw it at my head. It bounced off my head and both me and the water bottle soon hit the floor. When I woke up, she said I had to clean up the mess from the food that threw at me and that no refund would be provided. This all happened on video with the 7-Eleven camera, I presume with audio and her denying me a refund for what she clearly offered me for free, because I shouldn't have to pay for water that was thrown at me by their own mistake.
