    Bought a camera from this business and it was lost in shipping. A case was opened through *****, and ***** determined that the package was lost. I requested a refund and was ignored. This company then opened another case and had ***** look for the package again. It was determined again that the package was lost. I contacted the company again and asked for my money back. I was told that the package had been found and had a pending delivery date. I contacted ***** again and was assured the package had not been found and that the company had been informed of that and that ***** advised them to file a claim and that the company had requested that if the package be found in the future it be returned to them. I called the company and spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and kept interrupting me while i was talking. Telling me i didnt know what i was talking about. She contradicted herself numerous times at first saying the package had been found and was on the way to me and then when i pointed out that i knew that they had been informed the package hadnt been found and that they requested that if it were it be returned to them she changed her story. After she contradicted herself a few times i pointed this out and informed her that the conversation was being recorded she changed her story yet again. I asked why they were making it so difficult and explained i just wanted my money back since i didnt receive the package she informed me she had until June 1st before she had to respond to anything. I said so youre going to slow play giving my money back even though you know i didnt get what i paid for just because you can. She then said she wouldnt not discuss the matter more with me outside of **** and hung up on me.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the business had the package delivered to them.  They contacted ***** when it was found and requested that the package be returned to them rather than delivered to me and they knew this when they wrote the response.  Also it wasnt delayed due to the holiday, the package was lost, and ***** admitted it was lost.  It was found days later at a station that it was never listed as being at and the. It was returned to sender, like i said, at the request of the sender.
