      Good Afternoon,  

      This homeowner reached out to One-Way Electric on June 17, 2024 via text and stated an outlet was not working for the hot tub at the house.  *************************** returned the text and offered options that included the homeowner hiring One-Way Electric directly for a service call.  The homeowner opted to contact the General Contractor and inquire about insurance covering this issue.  The homeowner did not contact One-Way Electric back and then the Better Business Bureau complaint email arrived on June 24, 2024.  On June 24, 2024 ***************************, owner One-Way Electric, contacted the homeowner via text.  The homeowner after a text exchange stated he would remove the complaint as the General Contractor has the contract with the homeowner.  One-Way Electric is a subcontractor of the General Contractor and not the homeowner or the insurance company.  One-Way Electric has no legal authority to add or subtract from the scope of work provided by the insurance company or General Contractor.  Further on June 17, 2024, One-Way Electric offered to resolve the issue as a service call unrelated to the insurance claim which the homeowner did not choose.
