      On October 21, 2022, I placed an online check order which included the credit card information required to place the order. I received a letter dated December 16, 2022 with the title "Re. NOTICE - DELINQUENT ACCOUNT BALANCE" . The letter goes on to say that the account is "...more than 40 days past due..." and that I needed to "... avoid potential external collection proceedings". Although the letter claimed that, "This is the third letter ... regarding this matter", this was the first notice I received by either mail or email, both addresses they had, along with my phone number.When I contacted the company, the rep said that the credit card charge didn't go through - so instead of sending me an "Oops" they send a threatening ******* notice. I won't comment on the business practices of an online company that sends out product before checking payment validity
