      She genuinely needs to close the business. I ordered on TikTok where she doesnt hesitate to send out tons of packages to content creators for free. Meanwhile I spent almost $200 of my hard earned money and after waiting an entire month I messaged her, only to be given an excuse that her helper is sick and itll be another 2 weeks. Based on other experiences Ive read she seems to always have an excuse or will find one whenever possible. Terrible business practice and a clear sign that she has no proper education in running a company. If you cant keep up with the demand-close your business and stop taking money from people. I wanted the candy for a *********** birthday party but thats now ruined. I wont ever purchase from her again. In no space is it acceptable to make a paying customer wait 2+ months to receive a product when the processing time is ***** days and you cant even keep up with that.

      I ordered a box of candy off of website on March 21st, 2025, and I finally got my order on may. 2025 so it does take a while, but when I got my order, the picture on the website of what I ordered does not match up with what I actually received and it does say on the website that it may not look like what order online may not match up with the picture on the website, Inthat's kind of misleading, because I thought that the candy was gonna look like what I would have, but it didn't

      If I could rate it zero stars I would. I ordered candy on February 26th and did not receive it until April 9th. I received the candy and all the pieces in a 16 box were damaged but like 2. I reached out to them and they replied a day later, saying to sit them out. I did and they still were a wreck, so I emailed them back. They supposedly were reaching out to management, yet its been a week now and I have not heard a thing back. I paid $45 for something I waited forever for and then didnt even get at the end.

      I placed an order with Kandy Seoul on 7/28/2024. As of writing this it is 3/18/2025. I spent $67.53 on crystal candy that I was very excited to try. I never received my order and reached out to get an update. I heard back from the owner twice and the first time she explained her health and business issues and I was understanding. The second time she offered to create and ship my order while IT continues to track down my order. Over a month later I sent a follow up email to check in and asked for a refund if she was unable to find my original order. That was on 12/27/24 and I still have not heard back. I have the receipts of the confirmation email from her website, the details of my order, and I even have records of the transaction from my bank. I was never shipped a new order or refunded and am out almost $70 from this. I understand life gets messy, but when you own a business and are unable to complete orders or own up to your mistakes and try to solve them, maybe you just shouldnt have a business. I would definitely accept a new order or refund still, but I will not be ordering again until I hear from the owner about this issue.

      March 29, 2024 I ordered from Kandy Seoul, and got the Nomu Shida Sour box. I didnt think much of it, I read the terms and conditions and understood about the wait. 14 to 21 business days. Signed up for email updates. Owner was promoting her business on ************* May 16th, 2024 Got May update.. We heavily apologize for current delays in orders. We are doing our best to catch up and move on.I am sending this out as a mass email but understand individual needs. As always I thank you all for stopping by. 2023 was fun and interesting getting to learn business and watching this hobby grow. Ultimately I hope we can continue to grow to meet the demands of our growing community. However we are also considering stepping back and enjoying our family again as we are rendered with no time ??.I was so understanding. I understood the owner is struggling and I even read online that itll take a *** of 3 months even to get a package. Still I remained understanding. She was still promoting people to buy her product online so I figured I was locked in since my order was already submitted. June 30th, 2024 Your order has been canceled Order #**** was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded.Im just really disappointed. I saw that the owner doesnt like when people try to contact or confront her and I never did anything. I remained silent and patient. I am highly highly upset that it was cancelled without even acknowledging me as a customer or anything. Every week I went to the website and tried to track my package and it always said it was awaiting to be packaged and still I remained patient. It just ***** that I have been waiting for 3 months and now its cancelled. Im hoping for a refund..I just dont understand it. I get that we go through things but do not promote your business if you cannot fulfill the demand.

      The owner is stealing money from people and not fulfilling orders. She blocks people who call her out on social media and deletes negative post. She is scamming people left and right. She is a terrible owner and business person. She is completely deceitful and should be criminally charged for the amount of money she has stolen from people. I sure hope she's a better nurse than business owner, but based on how defensive she is, that's not likely.

      I placed my order on March the 9th 2024. I was so excited to support someone who also had a significant other in the military, Because whenever I have supported someone like that, in the past, I know they would always handle my order with the best of care. I understand that the owner has had a lot going on. But I was very concerned in which the tone she used in regard to customers reaching out to her and social media. I gave her the benefit of a doubt at first but the pattern repeated itself. She seems to be creative and wish her all the best but I do not feel valued or heard as a customer.

      I placed my order on March 28th ($74.77). I did read there was a ***** day processing period. I have emailed them with no response except automated responses. I have asked for a refund. No response. It in now May 29th. I have yet to recieve product or refund. If she cannot fulfill orders, she should refund out money! Yet she is still on social media sites promoting her business. How do you promote and you still have many paying customers that you cannot get orders to. Of you are one woman doing all these things, you may wanna scale down to something you can handle.

      I ordered my first box, and received it right near the end of the timeframe that is posted on her website, and my candy was absolutely phenomenal!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The owner even reached out to me personally to explain why production time is so lengthy right now, and as a reasonable and empathetic person, I set my impatient and selfish needs aside, as I know that behind the Kandy Seoul name is one woman, who is a mother to an infant, a toddler, and a teenager, who is also a practicing ICU nurse, as well as a military spouse with a husband who is currently overseas, and she is LITERALLY TRYING HER BEST to build a successful company with her own two hands, with little to no help from anyone else. I am incredibly impressed with her tenacious ability to continue pushing forward under such circumstances, and I think it is very unfortunate that so many people fail to show her some ****** I will continue to order from her, as her product is, without question, the best on the market, Thank you,*********************
