Before signing a contract with Vic and ***** from Heartwood Cabinets we had a consultation meeting and showed them professional very detailed drawings of what we wanted for our new kitchen cabinets.They said no problem they could give us exactly what we wanted.Nothing they brought us was accurate. They came back 3x with Caninets for the sink which were always the wrong dimensions.They put our expensive **** lb sink on a 3/4 plywood with no vertical supports.We had to place buckets underneath the sink that night because the plywood started to crack.When asked why nothing was like the drawings provided **** standard answer is that was a extra, added on afterwards- even though our drawings were the same from Day one.I see from the other reviews that this is their MO When asked similar questions.The paint on cabinets looked like primer, it was not cabinet quality paint. We stressed and were very specific about not wanting any pressboard used on cabinets yet you could clearly see exposed pressboard where the Venere was chipping off as they left it. After receiving $45,000 from us and leaving us without a Kitchen for almost a year they have continued to harass, blackmail and try to extort another $50,000 from us.We have since found out they are being sued by multiple people for all the same reasons. The reviews and pictures they use are fake.I would like to ask you better business bureau where my last review is I put up?? Nothing has been resolved with these people so why was my review taken down??

This individual continues to make statements based upon multiple inaccuracies. We have a legal case in process including property foreclosure. This custom kitchen was installed almost a year ago. We expedited our schedule from eight months to two and even provided additional subcontractors in order to ensure job completion for items such as drywall, electrical, granite, and framing. The clients provided all job specifications including detailed dimensions, paint codes, and material requirements along with a check that did not clear their bank. The client retained job materials without payment in accordance with a signed contract. As the review states, her name is *******************. Anyone performing an online search can investigate her character. Her boyfriend and the homeowner is ****************************************. Based upon information mailed to us regarding a Cathedral ******** legal case of elder abuse and ******** fraud that was settled for over a million dollars, his character is also readily available with a quick online search. For perspective, the last notice sent by ******************* to the BBB below included defamation of character and "pulling guns on people" and theft (another legally prosecutable item):WE GAVE VERY SPECIFIC DETAILED DRAWINGS TO VIC AND ***** OF HEARTWOOD CABINETS FOR OUR KITCHEN CABINETS. NOTHIG THEY BROUGHT ** MATCHED OUR DRAWIGS. THE WOOD WAS NOT THE SOLID HARDWOOD WE AGREED TO. ALL DIMENSIONS WERE OFF. THERE WERE CHIPS IN WOOD, AND VENEER WAS ALREADY PEELING OFF BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY SCRATCHED ARE MARBLE COUNTERTOPS. THE PAINT WAS NOT CABINET GRADE PAINT. IT LOOKED LIKE PRIMER. THERE WERE NO TRIMS OR MOLDING PUT ON THE CABINETS LIKE DRAWINGS PROVIDED. THEY CLAIMED EVERYTHIG WAS AN EXTRA EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON OUR ORIGINAL DRAWINGS. THEY PULLED GUNS ON ONE OF THE ****CONTRACTORS AND STOLE HIS EQUIPMENT BECAUSE HE SIDED WITH **. THEY CONTINUE TO THREATEN ** WITH BLACKMAIL. THEY PUT OUR ************************ A FLIMSY PIECE OF PLYWOOD WHICH STARTED TO CRACK. WE HAD TO PROP UP THE SINK TO PREVENT IT FROM FALLING AND BREAKING. THEY USED FAKE REVIEWS AND PHOTO'S ON THIER WEBSITES TO ATTRACT PEOPLE AND TAKE DOWN THE REAL ONE STAR REVIEWS SUCH AS MINE.We are a custom cabinetry shop that takes pride in quality custom work. We value our customer base and are in business to make our customers happy. We made multiple attempts to address the complaints of ******************* and work with her for resolution. She would not allow us to address her concerns. We do not believe her concerns are legitimate but an excuse to not pay the executed contract amount. What's right is right and we will continue our legal case until justice prevails.
