In January,2024, BBB investigated Atrevida Beer Co’s
business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of
complaints. Complaints on the business are regarding merchandise not being
received.
“As so many others have reported here, I ordered 2 shirts on
11/23/22. My bank account was charged for the purchase and I have never
received my items.
“I purchased these items in November of 2022. They explained
there would be a delay then they have stopped responding to email attempts to
get resolution.”
As of February 1, 2024, BBB has been in contact with the
business. The business has been responding to complaints and posted a statement
regarding the issues with the merchandise.
“We have completed shipping 90% of Merch.” “Yay!” “But,
there has been some delivery issues and duplicates. Please send an email to [email protected] if you have a
concern regarding any merch.”BBB will continue to monitor the situation.
