    I bought the gold packages two years ago… on 5/19/2023… First, my water pump needs to be replaced ( 11/2023). They didn’t covered it. Now my power steering is out. Dealership can’t get a hold of them.

    Hello, I purchased a champion warranty3/23/2023 for $1700 I tried to claim my voucher for service and there was no response. I have the coupon and then I tried to Ave neededservice just recently January 17, 2025 and their phone number does not answer then I find out theyre out of business, they should be sued

    The warranty was purchased November, 2023. A relative needed repairs and could not reach the service department. He called me and told me that the company was possibly fraudulent. Even though I had no claim to file, I tried to reach them as well to see if they existed. During each of the several tries, a voice recorder would come on and when the service department was chosen, another voice recorder would pick up and after repeating itself a few times the phone would hang up. I desire to be refunded the $1,710.00 that I paid. I have since purchased a different warranty through the dealership where I purchased the vehicle.

    I purchased a car warranty from Champion on 10/29/23 for a 6 yr coverage I paid $1,700. I just found out that the ********************* has sued this company and has halted all company operations. The ************ stated this is a fraudulent company. I want to know how to get my money refunded.

    On 11/17/23 I purchased a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty with Champion Auto Warranty for $1593.75.This business has since shut down And never provided any service that was paid for. I never received any notification of closure nor response to my request for service. I am seeking to be refunded

    I paid Champion $1700 once I filed a claim they wouldn't pay and now I can't reach them by phone or email 7

    I bought a car warranty September 2023 and was good until Sept 2025 or ******* miles. I paid for the 2 years up from when I think cost me $1,200. My car broke down and I took it to the **** dealership. Now I cannot see my warranty online anymore and no representative is calling me back.

    Champion Car Warranty. I purchased a six year warranty policy for $1712.00 and now find out that Champion is not answering calls or emails. There are many complaints against this company and they no longer exist. Im one year into this policy and want a refund. Out of business ? Looks like it.

    In February 2023 I entered into a contract with them. I paid in full the amount of $1,835.00. I was guaranteed a bumper-to-bumper warranty for repairs (including tires and rims). I took my car to the dealership for a leveling malfunction error; and, when the dealer tried reaching them, they received no response and a return email stating the email was invalid. I reached out to them via the two phone numbers I have, and calls go straight to voicemail; I've left messages; but have received NO RETURN CALLS. PLEASE HELP! These repairs are costly, and I'd like them to either honor the contract or refund my money.

    I relocated to **********, and I don't have my documents - the failsafe (or so I thought) was they're stored on Champion Car Warranty's cloud/servers. Unfortunately, they've taken their site down (please see attached screenshot). 

    I have provided copies of email correspondence between myself and them as well as another ******** dealer who did work and was paid by them.  Please let me know if the attached documents will suffice.
