Refund and Exchange Policy
The application and membership fees are non-refundable after the application for membership is accepted by the chapter and the payment is made. Credit will be given, upon request, to members in good standing for the unused portion of their time if they choose to drop their membership in a chapter. The credit is redeemable for two years from the date of dropping the membership. To redeem the credit, the former member must fill out a new application and be accepted by a BNI Chapter. The former member might need to submit additional membership fees depending on the number of months credit he/she has remaining. For example, if a former member has only two months credit, he/she will need to renew for another year to establish commitment to the chapter.
