    Payday from 2014 was sold to this company in 2015. They have been calling every family member including my 14 year old Son stating charges will be brought against me. This has gone on long enough and is not on my credit. This is embarrassing and harassing of my family and myself have gotten out of control. I contacted the original company and was told they are no longer seeking out for this debt.

    I have been getting calls from a business saying that I owe for an old debt to a payday loan company that was taken out in 2013 and sold 09-24-2013 to United Debt Holding and now for the past 4 months been receiving calls from another company saying I will be going to jail and prosecuted if I don’t pay. I have not received anything from the original agency or the bank they claim is going to press charges. They went as far as to give my husband who k married in 2015 all of my information, ssn, date of birth and address. They have called me recently stating that my husband had made agreement on my behalf yet didn’t pay. This company is insane and giving out my personal information regardless of to my spouse or not is scary.

    I received a phone call from my family member stating that Tracy ***** from AGS. They tried to intimidate my relative into providing personal details about my location, phone number, employer, etc. I contacted Tracy ***** who was no help at all. I asked for details on this loan from Check N Go and she could not provide any information other than it was in 2018. I was transferred to an accounting specialist who shared with me that he was the only person who could help and I should work things out with him before he refers my case to the court. He said that I should just settle for $200 because if not it will be thousands after they find me at my work and serve me papers. How humiliating! I contacted Check N go and they shared with me details of this loan from 2012 so I'm assuming this was sold from UNITED DEBT HOLDINGS in 2018 and then to AGS. AGS is threating to take me to court and trying to save me the embarrassment of being served papers. Check N Go charged this old loan off and it never even showed up on my credit. I am just completely amazed that they can go after me for a $255 payday loan 10 years later. Check N Go claimed that they had emails from me in 2018 stating I'd pay - they don't and could not locate any. This is insane. I don't want to be contacted and harassed. They need to leave me and my family/friends alone. Unbelievable.
