      Do not trust this company. They arrived hours late. They didnt finish packing my stuff, held my furniture and personal items hostage in their truck and made me pay double the contract quote in order to get my items delivered to my new house. I was to the point of calling the police because I was extremely fearful of not getting my stuff back even after I paid them double. Do not hire this company.

      I had the worst move Ive ever experienced. They lie to you about their pricing. They package your things without asking if you want the extra supplies and then charge you for it. They do damage your home, furniture and your appliances. The owner is a liar and will over charge you and then threaten to charge your card extra if you have a dispute! He is a dirty business owner and you can not trust this business! DO NOT USE. They do not care about your move, they care solely on your money and once you sign with them the owner threatens you with the contract. This business should be shut down!

      Avoid using at all cost. First, they send you "paperwork" that doesn't include any of the actual prices details you want for your move. Than they get there, and you've planned your whole day around this and you have no other options, they spring a ton of charges on you. And then when you have a complaint they hide behind paperwork instead of addressing issues. So let's see... use this company if you want a bunch of trash left all over. All the supplies they use, they just leave all the trash all over your house. So plan on cleaning. Also plan on paying for way more time because there's a ton of downtime. And trust me you pay for every single minute. They don't tell you about fees after 8 hours. Oh and also plan on having to hire another truck because they don't take the biggest things in your house that you ask them to prioritize. Oh & they're going to charge you to wrap big said items that they didn't even take on their truck!!!! I reached out to the owner and asked for $220 back from their $2500 charge for having to get help to move the one big thing that we asked them to move and the packing materials that they charged me for that were completely unnecessary..again they didn't take the item they packed... and got laughed at and all he did was point fingers back at me on all the things I could have done better without taking accountability. Instead he comes at me with things I'm not even concerned about. I expected overflow but what I did not expect was for them to leave the biggest things that we could not move. That was literally why we hired them. So for 3 days we took between 12 and 15 trips at 3 hrs trip just to get moved. So if this is the experience you want, which apparently is "top notch experience" when moving... Otherwise run for your life... below are two of the pictures I have. The big item that they charged me for and then didn't take and other examples of large items they don't take. The worst experience with customer service I've ever had.

      THEIR EMPLOYEE STOLE FROM ME IN MY OWN HOME BURBERRY SUNGLASSES!!!! THEY SMOKED WEED ON THE *** AND BLAMED IT ON MY DAD AND I!! THEY DAMAGE MY FURNITURE AND WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY EVER!!!!

      I have been trying to get the owner to communicate with me and compensate me for his crew's damage to my property and negligence for over a month. He told me my claim should be voided because my husband helped with the move - HA! When his movers almost came crashing through my glass door with a treadmill they were supposed to "Expertly disassemble" and I paid $150 extra dollars for moving was NOT disassembled and was in fact significantly damaged - and my husband grabbed a side of to help and keep them from causing further damage to an entire glass door! I requested copies of the insurance filing for the damage, never provided. I requested at least a refund of the $150 treadmill moving fee since it was damaged and not expertly moved - never provided. Among all of the other SHADY things these people did, inflate the driving time, stop to use marijuana on the way to our house, request part of the payment (in ADDITION TO THEIR CASH TIPS) go directly to the mover's VENMO so "THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON IT." So incredibly disgusted. After I complained about the Venmo payment directly to the movers and called ******, the crew LEFT without reassembling my funiture - left mattresses on their side in my basement, left couches disassembled in my living room, when disassembly/assembly was included in my fees. They got the money and RAN. I know from all of the other interactions I have seen with this owner online, he will try to call me a liar; I am not lying! I have all of the emails and photos. I am HAPPY to copy ALL EMAILS between the owner and me in subsequent reviews if he attempts to call me a liar. The other reviews speak for themselves. They also PAY CLIENTS TO LEAVE POSITIVE ****** REVIEWS. This organization is awful at best, criminal at worst. DO NOT USE.

      Meridian Moving ******************** Misrepresented itself & didn't disclose the additional fees that were charged to me for longer travel periods on the day of the move. The employees were very good @ upsales & told us they couldn't continue without the purchase of 8- wardrobe boxes @ $18.00 per box plus the time tgat was to be paid for their time off to go to lunch. To be followed by an hour more charged for travel time back & the removal of the Moving supplies & Moving equipment. Which in turn costed about $300.00 more than the initial quote. Dirty & un knowledgeable business dealings with a hearing impaired disabled woman like myself. They took me for what I was worth as one of the employees showed me a hand gesture implying "I had a lot of $$$ money". How disrespectful & no manners as for the employees & the owner of this company. I would like to suggest to anyone who is considering using this company for Moving to read the BBB's complaint ****************** from customers first. This company has no regard for the disabled or human kind. Their just out to make a buck. Beware!!!!!

      *********** I can assure you that these comments are the furthest thing from the truth. I will start by saying, when we arrived at your storage unit to get everything moved for you, very little was packed and ready to go. Any licensed and insured moving company, such as ourselves, cannot take loose items that are not boxed due to liability. No one told us that we would need to perform a packing service upon arrival and all we had on our truck were wardrobe boxes. We offered them to you In order for us to pack those items properly so that they could be moved and you accepted on your own. This was never forced upon you. Secondly, when the crew arrived back at my office that day they said they were extremely bothered by the way your family was treating you. With one of the guys who just lost his mom, he was holding back tears from the situation they found themselves in with you being mistreated. I can assure you, we do not take advantage of our customers and we especially do not target ANYONE with disabilities and it is truly a shame that you feel this way. Your daughter told me on the phone that she thought it would take 4 hours - that was never an actual quote, as we cannot guarantee an amount of time over a phone call without seeing what you have. Our office is in Castle Rock and we left from Northwest Littleton to come back down, which was a ****************** a ****** lb truck. Your hour of drive time back to our office was not inflated, it was actual. The hand signal you speak of was not anyone indicating that you have a lot of money. My team does not know sign language and was just trying to communicate with you on what form of payment you planned to use. I hope you will reconsider this review on us as this is all based on a biased opinion and every single member of my crew truly had your best interest at heart.

      Hired this company to pack for a long move. The movers we got were obviously inexperienced. They worked hard but when it came to packing a truck a great deal of our stuff was not packed and an additional trailer had to be rented to haul the rest. When we unloaded at our destination the movers we hired to unload said there was much more room in the truck that could have been filled. Once they were able to unpack our stuff, nearly every piece of furniture was scuffed or broken. Our sons entire bedroom set bed and dresser were completely destroyed! I would highly suggest that people look else where for movers and avoid this company at all cost!

      *** - I have reviewed your file and can give you some clarity on your experience with us. Since we were providing a "loading only" service and you had arranged a 3rd party for your transportation, it is your responsibility to make sure you have ratchet or truck straps to hold your shipment in place. After speaking with the crew who was assigned to your move, they had to search your garage for truck straps because you had been drinking liquor all day and were too intoxicated to go get any more. Due to this, and you asking us not to fully wrap your items, you did sign a waiver KNOWING that if your items were to get damaged in transit that we would not be held accountable. I am sorry that your experience using us wasn't as expected, but you tipped the crew generously and told them how well they did, so myself and the crew are a little confused on how this ended up being a bad experience on our end when we communicated to you the risk of loading your furniture without proper protection and not having enough truck straps.
