He managed to rearrange his schedule so he could fit us in on a very tight timeframe. I met him at the property and went through some of the inspection with him. I am in the business of buying properties so I've worked with many inspectors. **** Brown was outstanding and far more experienced than most. He has decades of experience building homes and his expertise there helps him look for items others miss in his inspections. He also used to do a speaking circuit with real estate investors like me, so he was able to very clearly explain everything he was doing and I learned so much from him! He also brought out a professional roofer to give me a separate inspection of the roof (included in his very reasonable rates) and that helped a lot because I was able to bring everything back to the seller and it was very informed. **** turned around a 91-page inspection report in ONE NIGHT in order to meet my crazy deadlines. With his detailed report, we were able to negotiate $18K in a closing credit to make the repairs - all thanks to ****! He was also such a friendly guy! He was super nice to the tenants and to me and my partner. All I can say is that I wish I had found **** five years ago! I will work with him on all of my future inspections!
